My niece is a pilot and she brought us bbq brisket sandwiches back to Gainesville, FL which were delicious! The brisket was so tender, the bbq was sweet with just enough heat and I love the extra thick white bread. So even though we had to reheat Pig-N-Chik BBQ is 5 Stars and if I’m ever in the area I’m a definite stop in customer!
