For $43.07 I expected much better! Wife had the chopped pork plate with corn and fried okra. Pork was salty and extremely greasy. Corn seemed to have been poured out of a can. Fried okra was horribly breaded and undercooked. Breading was falling off and okra was stringy and chewy… My plate was chopped brisket. Fried okra. Potato salad. Brisket was greasy and full of fat. Okra was same as my wife’s. Potato salad was worse than any that I’ve ever had. These orders were both supposed to have had Texas toast. Sliced white bread is certainly NOT Texas toast! Very sad experience and we will not return!

Nice little BBQ place to eat at. The staff was very welcoming and explained the menu! We had brisket, ribs, and turkey and it was good. The sauces are on the table and the spicy sauce was good just wish it was a little thicker. Overall, a good meal in a nice environment! P.S. their sweet tea is perfect! ?

Pretty good lunch spot. Been here a couple times now. They have tasty barbecue served by a what feels like a family. It makes it feel like home. I like the pork with the slight hint of spice to their house sauce. They have reasonable prices & tons of menu choices. There’s something for everyone. The tea is incredible, too. Don’t miss.

Great pulled pork sandwich, Brunswick stew, and collard greens.
A very American style diner for some good and yummy food. We have tried the chicken wings / pulled pork and beef brisket sandwich which was very good . The meat was very tender and juicy. Most importantly not chewy at all. The sauces were very fresh . The chicken wings with sweet and spicy sauce was finger licking good. The place is very bright during the day for it is fully transparent with glass on all two side. The menu has a lot to choose from. Parking is good . Food did take some time to reach the table. All good food takes time. So for me I will surely visit if I do come back to the city of Atlanta. Happy Eating
