Terrible. Ever since they changed management a few months back its been absolutely horrible. Overpriced, low quality, and just not personable service people. This is all what I've heard from all of my colleagues who used to frequent this place, myself include, until the change. I went there yesterday morning with a colleague, she got a yogurt parfait and it was over $5 and it was actually not good - soggy granola and hurt her stomach (mind you starbucks, which is close by, is cheaper and better quality). Today, I decided to give them a shot for the first time. I order a breakfast sandwich, the guy taking more order asked if I wanted toast (I said no because why would I need toast with a sandwich). I over heard my order being told to the lady making it and she asked "on a croissant/bagel?" The guy who took my order said "no bread." I was confused so I went over to her and asked her what the bread options were. He came up to us and was like "you talk to me, not her." WHAT? Anyway, I asked him what the bread options where and he told me I declined the bread! WHAT AGAIN? I explained that I paid $6.49 for a breakfast SANDWHICH not just eggs, cheese, and sausage and he said again, but you said "no toast." I explained that toast is typically on the side not part of the breakfast sandwich order but to stop the back and forth arguing, I just said what are my options again. He said white or wheat, so I asked if croissant or bagel was an option and he said it's extra so I just went with wheat. He was nice enough after that, awkwardly silent until my food was ready and offered me condiments before I left. I will not be back.

Bill, Monica, Oscar and the entire team mean well and take good care of the business. Some may complain about it, but if you think about it, its pretty awesome you can get fresh scrambled eggs or pancakes from a cafe when now most businesses just resell products made in a large warehouse. Its tasty, very very convenient and unique in doing freshly made sandwiches and dishes right in front of your eyes. I really enjoy the muffins, the occasional sweet bar (chocolate or pecan), daily soups and salad bar.
I remember when they first built this building the Fried Egg with Bacon is to die for Yes I will be in again.

I asked for fried egg, spinach, bacon and cheese....I waited 30 minutes and the egg was scrambled....not ok. He asked me to clarify twice!! Then when I went back and said, this is not a fried egg, he argued that it was. WHAT COOK DOESN'T KNOW WHAT A FRIED EGG IS???!
