I placed an order from Uber eats on 12/31/24. This order was the absolute worst I’ve ever had. The food was looked as if it was made earlier that morning and sat in a microwave heater all day. $60 gone to waste.

Not sure what everyone’s problem was with them. It must’ve been bad days but my pizza was dead ass the best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve ever seen & had, so was the melt & boneless wings. The ladies at the front were chill as hell & the dim lights helped keep my vibe cool. 5/5 for me 🤷🏾♂️ & they gave me a garlic sauce for da skee (free) lol
Was looking for quick pizza bite near downtown Atlanta especially near Coca-Cola museum. It Was 10 min walk or 4 block away. Food was fresh. I recommend it for only pick up.

The pizza wàs not prepared the way I ordered it. Then the day after I called to complain I was put on hold from the call center for over 30 minutes. I called twice and the same thing happened.

Charged for an order I never received. Manager supposedly named Ms.Ann or whatever is unprofessional and did not care at ALL to fix the situation that was THEIR fault for giving my order that I PAID FOR online to a random person. Told me I could speak to the general manager tomorrow and refused to remake my order. Apparently we don’t verify orders which is a simple task for an already simple job. Don’t order from this location, plenty of others in the city. Be mindful there are other reviews that also stated they were charged for items they did not receive from this exact location.

They didn’t open on time because apparently the manager didn’t show up ???? “We’re not in a rush to open”. Excuse me ? So I had to wait an extra 20-30 minutes for my pizza. Also, don’t try to call them because they never answer the phone.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever, I placed my order over the phone and they did not make my order until I came to the store in person even though I had already paid online so I had to wait additional 30 minutes for my pizza. When I tried calling to place my order, nobody at the store answered. I waited 15 minutes on the phone before someone from the call center picked up. When I finally got my pizza, it had a hole In the middle of it
The people that work there honestly just don't really care about you. Customer service is terrible and they don't communicate well at all.
I love Pizza Hut's pizza, but this is not a location that I would recommend everything about this experience was terrible.
