I'd include pics, but they never delivered my order. They were amazing at accepting payment and terrible about following through with how this transaction works. Tried calling the store but guess what, automated system that eventually hangs up on you because no one answers. Going to get my refund through corporate since this store is a joke

I never received my pizza and no one cared to find a solution to my problem. I have not received a refund and still walked away with no pizza after having to physically go to the location. After delivery fees and tipping the driver, I AM PISSED! (2/9/2024)**UPDATE**I have followed up with Pizza Hut customer service on 3 different occasions and still have not been issued a refund. Several reps have claimed to escalate my issue to upper management and still no response or updates from customer service. I’m not grasping why they are withholding my money (2/18/2024)

Very unprofessional - Staff answered the phone and hang up. I do think this location needs to be brought up to corporate’s attention. Especially being located in a tourist area.

I've tried this location twice, as I feel a few tries is more accurate reflection of the service and food provided. That being said, my most recent order was the Big New Yorker pizza with a couple toppings, cheese bread and a 2 liter of Pepsi, for delivery, ordered online. I ordered at 3 pm on a weekend, generally not a busy time....i received it nearly 2 hours later. It arrived cold and I had to heat it up. I keep trying to like Pizza Hut and no matter how many times I try, I fail. It's just not good compared to the other options out there. I also am not a fan of chain pizza, but this was close and I figured it be quick. I was wrong. The real test of a good pizza is how it tastes cold the next day. This one failed the test and miserably. It's also ridiculous to charge $5 for a 2 liter. Overall, waste of $40 and I won't order from here again.

My only complaint is that they don't answer the phone. It's best to use the app because even the online order system wasn't working. Their call center is terrible unless you're placing an order. If you have any type of complications they will transfer you to the store and no one will answer. I sat on the phone for 8 minutes waiting for someone to pick up before I just hung up and walked down there.I order 30 pizzas for an office party and they made sure that everything was done on time. Ms. Ann and the manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

I'm not sure if this is on the store, the app, doordash, or some combo, but it certainly seems like a failure of coordination across all of them. I placed my order at 6:37pm with a requested delivery time for 8pm. The first available scheduled time was 7:15pm, so I figured I was providing plenty of buffer for whatever load the store was currently handling, but clearly not. At 8:10pm, I received a text that delivery was expected at 8:52, though when I opened the app, it said 8:38. Then over the next 20 minutes, it continued to push out, until I received a text around 8:32 saying 8:52, and when I checked that app, it said 8:55. Actual delivery time at my door: 8:54pm, nearly one hour after my requested time. And the order was wrong. So ... multiple issues: 1. The app is offering up delivery times that clearly aren't based in real-time information and are just a simple algorithmic projection based on the current time. Some fine print in the confirmation email (and maybe in the app though I don't recall seeing any) may satisfy the legal types, but contributes to a crappy customer experience, especially based on the rest of my points. 2. There was no communication about the order until my requested time had passed, and then inconsistent messaging across platforms from there. 3. A delivery time very much past what I requested. Some variance is to be expected, but when combined with minimal and inconsistent communication, that further exacerbates an already frustrating customer experience. 4. I tipped more than I normally would have up-front to ensure at least some extra bit of attention, but clearly that did nothing. So where is my motivation to continue to do so? If the tip only goes to the driver, and that's now being outsourced to DoorDash, where's the motivation to the store to ensure a good customer experience? At this point, it's just a frustrating experience, but then it went very wrong from there. 5. My order was wrong and the pizzas were cold. It's a bit cold here in Atlanta tonight, but based on the reported pickup times, they shouldn't have been that cooled off. (Plus the confirmation email stating my order would arrive at 8:00pm also claims that "Hot pizza is on the way" - also quite false.) And the cheese-less pizza was covered in cheese, so that's clearly wrong. Luckily I'm not lactose-intolerant, so that could have been a much bigger issue. But I've placed similar orders before and not had an issue. 5. There's no clear way to contact the store from the app. The text messages only indicate how to contact the driver, but they can't do anything about incorrect orders so that's misleading. 7. The email contains the store phone number, but when someone answered the phone and I explained I had a problem, they mumbled something unintelligible and hung up on me. 8. I called back and got a different employee, and they at least looked up my info, then put me on hold. Then someone else picked up the line and asked "Delivery or pickup" and when I said I had an issue, they hung up on me. I know it's just cheap pizza and my expectations shouldn't be that high. But they still got my money while I got pizza I couldn't eat and couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge they'd messed up. Now I have to hope that using Apple Pay doesn't prevent me from getting my money back. We should've just gone to our family-owned neighborhood spot, but were feeling a bit lazy. Eat local, y'all.

Placed an online order through Uber eats and the driver did not have the correct car or plates and they forgot all of our drinks and now we have to wait 5-10 days for a refund. They also did not provide any utensils or napkins. Food was also blah and the pizza had very little sauce.
