Food was cold and they forgot our sauces! :/ We called to see if they could offer ANY sort of compensation. The lady hung up on us after we asked for our sauce. Now we got unsauced/dry wings and the wrong pizzas

I ordered online 3 topping large pizza, they made two topping pizza, they canceled and I ordered again same three topping pizza after 15 minutes wait my order is ready but same thing they missed again one topping, after all I took it and get out, just forget it I paid for three topping and got two and spent 45 minutes, pizza is good but other things you don't trust....I like pizza hut pizza but now I know why they loosing business

I went to pick up my order, after I was notified it was ready. Once I arrived I received nothing but horrible service from Cynthia and her co-worker. Not only was I being laughed at but the other coworkers was very inexperienced with her duties and menu. Then she walked away various times to attend to her cell phone. Such poor customer service, I’ve never witnessed such behavior. It’s truly ghetto
