I ordered online 3 topping large pizza, they made two topping pizza, they canceled and I ordered again same three topping pizza after 15 minutes wait my order is ready but same thing they missed again one topping, after all I took it and get out, just forget it I paid for three topping and got two and spent 45 minutes, pizza is good but other things you don't trust....I like pizza hut pizza but now I know why they loosing business

The customer service here is Superb I mean it is beyond great. I never ran into a fast food restaurant with customer service so awesome. Lauren is very polite and nice and friendly she is heaven sent.

I went to pick up my order, after I was notified it was ready. Once I arrived I received nothing but horrible service from Cynthia and her co-worker. Not only was I being laughed at but the other coworkers was very inexperienced with her duties and menu. Then she walked away various times to attend to her cell phone. Such poor customer service, I’ve never witnessed such behavior. It’s truly ghetto

I came here and the lady was not happy about the ordering because I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 Pepsi liters and she give me 1 Pepsi liter and I told her you forgot the other one because I ordered 2 liters of Pepsi and she gave me an another one and it’s the diet soda and told her regular Pepsi and she still gives me a wrong one and I left the restaurant and didn’t like it.

No reason for customers to wait for 10+ minutes before you come to the counter to see what they’re here for. My order is sitting in the heating cabinet. Would’ve taken one minute to get me in and out…

I found a piece of hair on my pizza. When I went back to let the staff know and ask for a refund, I was told by the MANAGER she didn't know how to process the refund and that its just a small piece of hair and proceeded to accuse me by saying it could have been by hair. I was appalled by such horrible behavior from the staff in such an unhygienic place. I left without my pizza or any refund. Would never go back here again! I'm still in shock this happened.
