The same thing happened to us where we ordered through the website, but our food was delivered through DoorDash. (We weren’t aware this was going to happen.) Got a text to meet the dasher outside, but they never arrived. Then we received another message saying it had been hand delivered. They also never answered the phone when called. We called the store and they were very helpful and offered to remake the order. They told us it would be delivered through DoorDash again, but we opted to do pick up instead. So I would recommend this location, it’s always been really fresh and a consistent quality, but maybe for pickup only now.

I always order from this location considering it's practically walking distance from me BUT last night was a nightmare. From it showing my order was dropped off, to 15 min later still no pizza so we called and the person was somehow confused what we needed and literally asked "what do you want", so again I said I need to know where my pizza was because is was not dropped off to my address. Then I was told to give it another 15 min bc Doordash was going to deliver it. 15 min later and a someone finally delivered my food, it was in fact a pizza hut driver not Doordash, and the food was completely cold, wings were almost gelatinous bc they were just sitting out for 30 + minutes....very very disappointing

Pizza was trash. Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. I had a pizza at piedmont sooo fresh, so good. So I craved another one. So I ordered and it was horribly made. Just just threw my pizza together and wasn’t even cut properly. Order#3160612

OK, TBH, I like Pizza Hut. In the future, I won't get it unless I order pickup. I ordered online at 6:15, at 6:30, I got text saying that the order would be delivered by Door Dash. At 6:45, I got a message saying they were close. At 6:50, I got a message that it was delivered. It wasn't.
I called the location. The person who answered said I just needed to wait another 15 minutes. So I waited 20. No pizza.
Then I called the number on the website. They were useless and said they would check the order. Then, after 10 minutes, they said they would have the store call me in 1-3 days, but no resolution.
So I called the store again at 7:30. I got the manager, and he said they would deliver it in 20 minutes. 55 minutes later, at 8:25, I finally got the pizza.
So it took about 2 hours 10 minutes to get the pizza with a bunch of run around in between. I won't do that again.

I recently visited Pizza Hut store #037779, and I have to say, the service was outstanding! Jim, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was attentive, professional, and made sure my order was accurate and delivered quickly. The food was delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. It’s clear that Jim cares about both his customers and his team. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Keep up the great work, Jim!

Everytime I come here I see workers touching food with no gloves on, they come from the register back to the food with no gloves. Surprised no one ever reported it. And the smell use to be sooooo terrible when I step in the store like something is rotten … thankfully that issue got fixed. Other than that.. my food comes out yummy.

The pizza is good but the workers don't seem to understand that if you order a 'pepperoni lovers' that usually means *it comes with pepperoni by default*. so I got home with a pepperoni-less but added mushrooms 'pepperoni lovers' since the website wanted to charge extra for the pepperoni that was already in the name of the pizza :')

The pickup time on my app was not correct and I ended up waiting an extra 15-20 minutes past the given time…they were obviously understaffed. Then when I got my food it wasn’t even the correct order! I couldn’t figure how to return it or get reimbursed so I wasted time and money and I will not be going back :-)
