I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut location. I placed an order, which was delivered via DoorDash, but I never received it. After two days of attempting to resolve the issue, I was finally able to reach someone, only to be told that the only option was to replace the order. At that time, I declined the offer.

When I called back later to request the replacement, I was treated rudely by the manager, who yelled at me and canceled my order without further discussion. As a manager, there is a clear expectation to handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.

I’ve been a regular customer at this location, but after this encounter, I will be taking my business elsewhere. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is unacceptable, and I hope this feedback encourages better training and accountability for the staff moving forward.

I ordered takeout from the Pizza Hut app. When I got there, I heard noise in the kitchen and no one said “I’ll be right there” or anything. I said hello a few times and I was ignored. Two other customers came in and the Pizza Hut employee came out from the back kitchen. She looked angry. The food was not good. The breadsticks weren’t event cut, and my personal pan pizza was yuck. Not cool. The restaurant would have been better off closed.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews but. It was very much needed to be said after the Constant run around with this place and organization. Together …i Ordered a delivery order …the food came late !!! which pizza was cold along with the Cinnabon minis ..i called 2times before they answered the phone meanwhile got transferred to home office where i asked to speak with a supervisor and was rudely spoken to and told you will have to keep calling the store the order was coming from and did nothing to help! finally got someone at the store on the phone asked about it getting atleast discounted and she as well was rude did nothing ..all together i will not order from this company again !

I have ordered the pizza over here ended up not taking the order. The lady at front is too rude to customers and shouting at them. She even refused to give orders to DoorDashers who waited for more than 30 minutes. She asked them to unassign the order for no reason. I will never visit this place again.

Placed an order at 6; received a text message at 7:40 stating my order was cancelled. Received another text message at 8:20 saying my order is out for delivery and the order was delivered a little after 9. The food was extremely hard and cold and there was no way it could be eaten. Could not speak with a store associate in reference to a refund but call center said they can only credit my account. I don’t want a credit I want a refund…never ordering from Pizza Hit again!!

My husband and I got a pizza to share last night during our roadtrip and we both actually got food poisoning. I’ve been sick for literally 8 hours and have had my entire trip/day delayed due to this disgusting pizza. Please make sure employees are washing their hands and properly cleaning because I have never been this sick in my life!!

I ordered through the app and for some reason the order was delivered through DoorDash and took forever. The food was delivered to my apartment complex leasing office around 10pm, the office was OBVIOUSLY closed and the dasher simply left it there and stopped responded after I sent thorough instructions on how to get into my complex and find my apartment. I contacted the store I ordered from and they were absolutely no help and simply hung up on me at the end. It was obvious they didn’t care and I didn’t even care to ask for a manager because I could hear in the tone of the employee speaking that she truly did not care. I’ve been a customer for years and will probably never, and I mean, NEVER order from pizza hut again! I still have not received a refund either!

I called on 5/26 at 6pm and was placed on hold hearing the store workers conversation for over 10 minutes. I can also hear the other phone lines ringing non Stop without anyone answering. This is not acceptable. I wont Be ordering at this point and I’m sure others have chosen another alternative as well since the phones are ringing off the hook.

I came in today and Martell gave me the best service ever! My order was done fast I was in and out! He was very efficient and he had the best attitude. I told him I was gone write him a review for the kind gestures on today. Treat him right. He’s def a great employee!
