2 kids and I shared a large pizza while biking around the city. Frankly, I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Pizza had a nice crust, both crisp and chewy. Plenty of sauce that was not a sweet as usual and enough cheese to satisfy my kids as well. Will definitely go back again.

Writing this as I am going on 2 hours waiting on pizza delivery.

Management should be fired. Terrible service. I was on hold for 17 minutes after I placed an online order. All I wanted to do is add a blue cheese dressing to my order. Once I finally got someone on the phone they told me that the driver had been out for 30 minutes already so I wouldn't have been able to get the sauce anyways. Needless to say, the food was extremely cold. They are extremely rude at this Pizza Hut, and they obviously hire anyone. Pizza Hut corporate needs to shut this place down. The delivery driver was actually polite to my surprise, but that is all that they have going for them. I am currently filing a complaint with the Atlanta BBB. Ridiculous

I read these reviews before I ordered. they all said service was horrible. I have never had amy issues with rudenrss, service quality, or food quality and now I order from here weekly. I feel people are always more inclined to give places a poor review and its not right.

I don't know what these other people are talking about - But they have always been nice to me - Great pizza and bread and cheese sticks one of the best pizza huts in Atlanta .. I love this pizza hut - They always greet me when I come in and when I leave !! Great job pizza hut .. Keep doing your thang - Angel -

Umm negative 5 stars!! I NEVER write reviews but I have to warn you people; I had a pretty bad experience with this place. After an hour of waiting ( really not TOO long ) I just honestly called to make sure they didn't get lost.. not to complain... the driver told the manager that he came to my door and I refused to sign the receipt because the pizza took too long. However, none of this happened and he really never came to my door.. nor did he ever call me. I explained this to the manager which, by the way was horribly rude, and the manager argued with me, gave me no sympathy as if he didn't believe me then proceeded to to hang up on me. The manager and the delivery boy probably decided that they wanted to take a joy ride to hot box... okay thats fine, at least call me and please don't lie to me!... so unprofessional, I honestly do not know how this place is still running.
