The lemon pepper fries I received were completely inedible due to massive clumps of black pepper. Awful. Sucks because the regular fries are pretty good. The boneless wings are always lazily sauced.

We order from here every week and the food is always hot and delicious. The staff is friendly and personable ( we pick up). They have hard workers who strive to stay on top of the orders. We appreciate our local Pizza Hut!

Don’t order from here. This is probably the worst pizza hut pizza I’ve ever had. And i LOVE Pizza Hut almost exclusively. The pizza had about 5 pepperonis and maybe 8 sausages. Apparently the toppings come right out of the employees checks. It was completely overcooked and dry. No wonder she didn’t open the box and show me the pizza the way they usually would. By the time i looked at it i had swiped my card and when i complained about the pizza not looking appetizing at all they just looked at me like i had 6 heads. I left and let them know I would never order from there again.

My breads sticks was cold and hard as usual, and this suppose to be my birthday gift. The worse and i get small sauce for 6 bread sticks In the presentation stinks. They just wrap it in a brown bag thats it. Only thing i like about it that i didnt have to.pay for it. Thank god for that, i wish i could rate it 0.

Betty was very rude and showed very poor customer service. She laughed and said the door dasher stole my pizza. But the dasher showed me that she only had one pizza when it was supposed to be 2. Betty never made the pizza I paid for and the other was paid for by using my reward points. She should be fired for poor customer service. You had one job and couldn’t do that right. Betty is the reason I will never order from pizza hut again located at 4957 Winters Chapel Rd, Atlanta, GA 30360.
Great staff and never had a problem with the quality of food. The staff is always timely with the orders, and I'm a frequent buyer. Keep up the great work!

Ordered delivery and was delivered boneless wings with bbq sauce just barely on the wings, there was literally a line of bbq sauce just on top of chicken, they didn’t even bother to toss them! The food was not hot at all! I won’t ever order from here again!

INEDIBLE - As a 90’s baby Pizza Hut was always my favorite pizza even into adulthood, but they don’t deliver to my current address so I haven’t eaten there in years. I’ve seen a lot of social media reviews saying it’s just not the same and tastes horrible now, but I had a craving and decided to try it. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with white sauce via curbside, but I never received a text or email to alert the staff when I arrived. I checked the app but still no way to alert them. I parked in front and turned on my hazard lights but the clerk inside just stared at me for about five minutes till I called. The app asked for my car description so she had to know why I was there but oh well. The one thing I’ll say is the pizza was HOT! I got home and took one bite and immediately spit it out. It was INEDIBLE! The white sauce was SALTY and had a processed taste reminiscent of plastic. I couldn’t pick the toppings off cause there was so little cheese they were caked in that sauce. So I broke off the crust but even that didn’t taste right. It tasted like crispy white bread, not pizza dough. I threw the entire pizza away and wasted nearly $20. I really wanted my money back but didn’t want to drive all the way back to the store. It’s obvious this wasn’t a store issue, it’s a QUALITY issue. Something’s not right with the product, and the glitch in the app doesn’t help the experience. Sadly I will never eat Pizza Hut again.
