I should have read the reviews. I ordered the pizza online at 7:10 pm and it did arrive until after 8:00 pm. Mind you, the store is 3 miles down the road from the hotel. I tried calling the store, and when I finally reached someone, to bring this to their attention, someone hung up on me. I ordered through the business, but a doordasher delivered me cold pizza! Order at your own risk, but I suggest you go pick it up. Plus, I didn't receive the extra sauce I paid for!!

I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks from the website, it took a hour for my food to get to me along with my food arrived COLD nor did I get everything I PURCHASED. I called twice, being told BOTH times i was going to get a full refund in 3-5 business days, I did not get ANY type of confirmation that i was getting my refund beside being told my 2 employees, the first one being very unprofessional and rude. 3-5 business days later I haven’t received not one penny of my money back . I’ve called up there and have yet to get any answers , any responses, any of my money back. i DONT recommend coming from someone who lives in the community. 0 stars.

I ordered pizza online at Pizza Hut's website. Website said it would be delivered by 6:50. At 6:49 I got a text saying Door Dash will now take my order. Order will arrive in 15 Minutes. 15 minutes later I get a text stating Door Dash just picked up my order. 20 minutes later I get a call from Door Dash driver (the app shows her 2 minutes away) who says that she is looking at my order and it's incomplete. She wants to take it back to the restaurant, get my correct order, and come back. I don't want to wait another hour so I ask her to return it. I call the restaurant and they put me on hold "waiting for a manager" for 22 minutes. So, I called Door Dash but they can't help because I ordered directly from Pizza Hut's website. I went to Pizzahut.com and submitted a contact request and explained my problem. I got an email back saying, " We have forwarded your feedback to the above store leadership team responsible for this restaurant." Great, so you have sent the issue to be resolved to the people who are the issue? I'm supposed to expect the guy who won't answer my calls, to proactively contact me? Ugh.

My chicken was undercooked and the buffalo sauce was everywhere, but on the chicken. It was spilled all on the bottom of the box and it got on my clothes from simply carrying the box. My order was missing items and the pizza wasn’t all that great either.
This Metropolitan location is the worse for real! I order 2 pizzas and a wait for 20 min when I get there they just told that they cancel the order because they don't have the ingredients I told them why they don't call me I should order diferent pizza o look and another place and he just started excuses himself

I ordered my pizza with the Pizza Hut App on 8/16/24 at 9:24pm. I paid and waited the 56min for the complete order. I left my house in the rain and drove to pick up the pizza.
When I arrived the store was closed with all the lights turned off. The website says it closes at 1am on Friday and I know because I use this location often.
I called and was sent to the call center. The man knew my name already and asked me to hold; 59min exactly went by before he disconnected the call.
Corporate sent an email explaining someone will reach out in 3 days; it’s been 5 days.
