I ordered a large amount of pizza from the 10th St. location in Atlanta. I ordered Online.. My order took over an hour to arrive, when I was only 7 minutes away. (Literally). I called the store to inquire about My order 15 minutes apart spoke to (2) different managers and both managers were rude and not professional at all. No apologies were given. Let me remind you. I paid online so I could not cancel right away. A DoorDash driver finally delivered the pizza an hour later..after I had already Given a tip online, the DoorDash driver was not dressed Professionally.. His appearance was unclean..On top of that dropped a part of the order, (my wings) while giving them to me..Last, but not least the pizza was cold and overcooked. The boneless wings all but the ones dropped by the door dash driver, were not the flavor that I ordered. So overall, the experience and rating definitely a zero for me. Often times while being at work and can't leave work ordering online is favorable but with this experience, I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again!

I ordered a pizza during a snow storm in Atlanta. It let me and said my "pizza was out for delivery". I never got it. When calling the store they tell me to call back, tell me no transactions were processed for that day, etc. Pizza Hut has stolen my money.
I've contacted customer service 3 times and tried to get the manager about 3 times. Nothing happens from the Pizza Hut complaint form messages except apologies and told Pizza Hut will contact the store. Nothing happens. The store manager never contacts me or issues credit. The person or people answering the phone have lied and said they were the store manager when they were not and other lies. I might file suit against Pizza Hut and the store manager if this isn't resolved per a credit in my account.

It was a roach baked in meat lovers pizza. No apology from store or corporate. These companies will gladly take your money but don’t give a crap about the product. I get they not paying there employees nothing but a baked roach and nobody recognized it. I guess cause it was meat lovers. When I brought it back they denied it but clearly the roach was crispy and had sauce on it. Again no apology what so ever. The only thing the employee said was you want us to remake or refund of course I respectfully asked for a refund. Are you kidding me? Theses reviews don’t matter anymore. You just vent and hope you can save others from ingesting roaches or whatever else these establishments give you. Eat at home people!!!!!!!!’

Employees are unprofessional, rude and dirty. There was a roach underneath the pizza. When returning the pizza to show them what was going on they didn't even apologize. Never going back.

Ordered delivery… I’ll give them, the delivery was on time. But that’s about it. I added a 35% tip because I’m at a downtown hotel and requested for the driver to bring it to the room. Driver gets here and acts as if she can’t find the “garage” then magically finds the garage and says “I will sit here until you can come downstairs to pick it up.” Uhhh, why did I just tip you all that money!?
Pasta was okay, cheese sticks were okay, but the pizza was terrible. Looked like all the food slid over during the delivery, it was cold as if it had been sitting on the counter, there was almost no sauce, and I ordered stuffed crust and it’s like the put almost no cheese in the crust. I’m a loyal Pizza Hut customer usually but this location is terrible.

Just nasty. They put the wrong sauce on my pizza. Miniscule toppings; as if they scrambled for dropped toppings to make a pizza. Half done crust. Waste of money. I should have read the reviews as I usually do. Grubhub had this Pizza Hut as having 4 stars. Do yourself a favor; buy a Totinos or Little Caesars pizza; They are hands down, better than what I got from this Pizza Hut. Eewww.

Horrible experience! Ordered pizza online at 8:51PM and got an estimated time that it would be delivered at 9:30PM. It is NOW 9:45PM and the online tracker still says they are creating my food. Not to mention they WILL NOT pickup the phone at all since I've been calling them for a hour to add delivery instructions since I forgot at checkout.
10PM: STILL NO FOOD or COMMUNICATION
UPDATE: IT IS NOW 10:45 and the food that was delivered is so honestly distasteful and missing items.
NEW UPDATE: The delivery driver comes back at 11:05 pm with the wings that he forgot and they are insanely disappointing. See photos for proof.
This place sucks, I ordered online twice for pick up , the app tells me that my order is ready and I get there and my food is still in the oven so I have to wait 5-10 more minutes for my food
