Store blatantly hires employees that don’t have common sense . After waiting almost an hour for a personal pan pizza . I asked to cancel my order just to find out I would be getting that money up until 4 weeks . Definitely the worse Pizza Hut in Atlanta.

Please close this store! I waited 2 hours for my food and another 30 minutes being routed to the useless call center to be told they are 40 orders behind and I should cancel my order. WHAT!!!!!!!!! This is not the first time. How do they keep getting away with this!

Here’s the thing it would’ve been nice to rate this place had I gotten my 50.00 worth pizza order!!! I’m soooo disappointed however I can’t seem to get a refund from the store because they don’t pick up .. This let me know that they’re stealing ppl money without giving the food especially ordering through the app !!!!! I’m so upset and I don’t have a car to get up there …

Pizza Hut was horrible. Their Customer Service is HORRIBLE. They do not answer their phone. I order 8 pizza for my team for a price of $130 and asked them to cut them in half so i could feed my team accordingly. I place a note and tried to call the store and they did nothing of the sort. The pizzas were incorrect and when I called the store it went straight to call center because no one at the store answer. I called over 15 times to the store with no help since 10am and it was to be delivered at 12:30. I spoke to a supervisor at the call center Latoya who was NO help at all. All she could say was she couldn't do anything and was Very short on conversation and answers. She did not seem like she wanted to help me. Ridiculously poor service. I will NEVER be using Pizza Hut again. This place is a joke so is the call center. If they are customer service, they don't understand that the customer needs assistance not being told they cant do anything. If I could give this order a negative number of stars I would.

Went in after work to order pizza and was told I couldn't order. Then the manager proceeded to ask others for delivery orders while i stood there at the register. It was 945pm. Horrible customer service. Made my night worse. Thanks pizza hut. I'll make sure to tell all my clients to come to your location!

Just a late night option that usually works well. Tonight not so lucky. The personal pizza swimming in sauce. The boneless wings are drowning in sauce. They were definitely dead on arrival. They look disgusting. I know these are supposed to be tossed in the sauce . This is how brands die off, unapproved short cut that just don’t work.

Ordered the $2 Tuesday 2 wks in a row ahead of time. 1st wk I ended up waiting 20+ mins to get my order. The 2nd wk I come in the store and they say they don’t have anymore at all! No phone call ahead of time just really bad energy overall & I call customer service and they doubled down & hung up the phone! They definitely need to work on customer service overall!

FYI , its usually an hour and a half wait. Even if you order online and it says 15 minutes. The staff work hard to het your order out and are great but there's nothing they can do if theyre short staffed all the time .
