Had such a frustrating experience here and it was clearly the same at many tables near ours so I feel OK sharing. We sat for 25 minutes at our table before deciding to leave because the server never came - however, he (who I think was our server) was near our table probably 3+ times but never even acknowledged us, took drinks, etc. One of the tables near us had been waiting over an hour for one of their table's entrees, others were just getting their appetizers after getting close to finishing their 2nd round of drinks. And I fully acknowledge that no server is responsible for kitchen delays, but it didn't even seem like there was staff assigned to our table. Giving it a 2 star because the host was kind and apologetic, and I was really excited about coming here to try the vegan cuisine. However, there are too many restaurants on the Beltline and near this area to justify below par service for fairly expensive food. This is a common theme in many of this restaurants reviews, but I wish we had better luck.

This is our second time visiting the restaurant and we are not disappointed. The entrees were delicious. The only odd thing was one of the sushi items was really small and we had thought we'd be sharing a roll. It was not really explained very well. Aside from that, everything else was terrific. I hope it's a success.

We had a 2pm reservation, but we were not seated until after 2:30. No apologies or concessions. Once we were seated we noticed at least 6 empty tables. So we were not really sure why we had to wait that long. Our waitress didn't come around until 2:48. Her follow up visits to the table were also few and far between. The food was so lackluster. I've eaten here before and the food was amazing. The bang bang broccoli had no sauce on it. It just tasted like tempura broccoli. The avocado on the dragon roll was brown and the baked crab rolls were messily put together.

I have been to the location before and was very excited to take my out of town guest who is a vegan. But we were very disappointed with the service. Staff was very overwhelmed and short staffed. We could hear them arguing over tables. The food came out very slow. The server was not attentive to our table.

SHORT AND SWEET ****Horrible customer service... My fiance and I came here to enjoy a day out and about. We ordered the broccoli which was basic( you'd think it couldn't be messed up) The broccoli still had batter in the center (no big deal, sent back) wasn't served our alcoholic beverages until mid way through our meal, food was cold. Bartender didn't acknowledge the mistakes that were made throughout us patronizing this establishment. Didn't want to be that couple to make a big deal out of the situation, so we didn't. The service was just all around BAD. It was thing after another. The bartender was still tipped accordingly. I'll never go back. Great aesthetic though. Would be great if customer service matched. Very subpar! 5.5 out of 10

1000/10! The food and service was AMAZING! Deja is the best manager, she made sure we were well taken care of and the staff was very attentive throughout our time there. The sushi is TOP TIER. Everything is plant based but still very flavorful. Will definitely be back soon!

First time going with my team on Thursday night. They usually want a steak or seafood but this one time, everyone was open to catering to my plant based life and they absolutely enjoyed the food! Ambiance is warm and welcoming as other reviews mention. For food, we ordered several items and did family style so we can sample a little of everything. We were all present for the experience and thoroughly enjoying the food so I'm sorry I don't have any photos. We started with the bang bang broccoli and spinach artichoke dip. The broccoli was as expected and yummy and the artichoke was so realistic compared to any other vegan option I have had. It was so smooth and creamy and not what a lot of people expect so open your food palate and give it a go. Some of our favorites were the fried chicken that we had to order another round bc the team was literally eating crumbs off the plate. It was like eating your favorite fresh fried chicken but a lot cleaner and no chicken was harmed in the process. The truffle mushroom cream udon noodles caught everyone's tastebuds off guard in a positive way-- no one thought it was going to be as creamy and smooth and coconutty as it was. If you like coconut, your tastebuds are in for a treat! The spicy tuna roll was also a delight. The flavors come together so beautifully as you chew so go slow and enjoy. We tried three pizzas- spicy chorizo, vodka and leek. By far, the team's favorite was the spicy chorizo that was made with potatoes and the other key ingredient was hot agave. What??!! When you don't expect savory and sweet to come together and make your taste buds dance, you just keep eating and chew slow to prolong that good feeling. The menu is far from basic but I'm so happy the team ventured away from traditional items they would usually get bc we were able to try all new things and experience new combos of flavors that were life changing (and made with real ingredients). The best part was when we asked for the chef to come out and when they did, our team gave a standing ovation bc their cooking was perfection. They were so humble and credited their team. Thank you Planta staff for a wonderful experience and taking care of our team. We will definitely be back!

"If that was my first time going to a planta location, I would not go again" Been to Planta's in Miami, Chicago, Toronto and the other location in buckehead and they all set a much higher standard for food and d service then what we received here. Food came out so slow, brought us out the check didn't even ask us about desert. The pizza was was undercooked(I don't know how when it took all day to come out). Bang bang broccoli was consistent with the other locations. Outside of the hosts who were great, service was horrible weak. When they brought out the sushi, had to ask for soy sauce, then for the saucer for the soy sauce and the lady bringing the food acted so agitated about it, lol. Some of the food took so long to come out that when it did we forgot we ordered it. The chick'n and waffles was fire though, it was a pretty good serving. We'll be back to plants but not this one.

Exploring Krog Street Market, nestled in the heart of Inman Park, the food hall is housed in a restored factory! I started my food journey at PLANTA! The ambiance was beautiful and the service was great! They even brought me a specially market menu for my allergy which was a GREAT TOUCH! I will be back! GOOD EATS: Planta -Bao Slider: chick'n fried mushroom, hoisin, pickled cucumber -Spicy Tuna Hand Roll: ahi watermelon, avocado, toasted coconut

I personally prefer Planta Queen but wanted to try this spot out. I struggled with what to offer on the menu and for the veggie burger. It was tasty. May have to come back and try something else.

Love the vibe of this place! I loveeeee the decor on the inside. I had the chorizo pizza and it was so good! I couldn't tell any of the items on the menu were fully vegan options. My friend had the spicy pasta and it's no doubt when I go back I'll be having that! The only thing I I didn't like was the service unfortunately. Everything took so long to get to our table. Then when we were done with our appetizers those plates weren't removed so the table had unnecessary mess. For 5 of us the bill came out to $332 which I thought was extremely affordable for everything we ordered! I had a mocktail, it was called "miso mango" something like that and it was amazing 1. Spring roll order 2. Bao bun 3. Bang bang broccoli 3. 6 alcoholic beverage 4. 1 mocktail 5. Chorizo pizza 6. 1,000 LAYER CRISPY POTATOES 7. 2 SPICY LUMACONI PASTA 8. 2 chicken and waffles 9. Spicy tuna roll The bill was super affordable! They have happy hour of the week and I will be returning with hopes of better services

The food and ambience was great. The only downside to my Planta experience was the outstanding wait time. I had made a reservation and still had to wait 30 minutes & we were standing the whole wait time

Ok food. Even worse service. Initially the server seems overstaffed but that wasn't the only reason for the bad service. Never once filled my water, forgot my drink order, and forgot to put my table's food order in for an entree. The server proceeded to say it will be comped and it was not. Their restaurant policy also didn't allow us to split checks which is annoying given how poor the experience was. The design of the space is very beautiful and it leads to a great ambiance but they clearly have a way to go when it comes to customer service and good food.
