Plantbaed Cafe

The food was great. We had the walnut tacos, mushroom bacon lettuce sandwich (the BEST), chimichurri smoked shroom bowl (NOT worth it) which was literally $23 for quinoa with some mushrooms, onion and red bell pepper, the tamarind BBQ fried oyster wraps (very good) and 2 waters (definitely NOT worth it). I give this place a 4 star because it wasn’t worth the price. We paid $109 for those things. The waters were room temperature, in small glass bottles and cost $7 each.

Had the MLT and it was absolutely amazing. The bread, the mushrooms, the tomato and arugula, even the sauce was perfect. Sat outside to eat it and I was glad I did because it got a little messy in the best way. I will be back.

Everything is incredible every time. You can’t choose wrong. As a vegan of over 10 years, I am thrilled I can experience and fuel my body with this delicious food! Try it! You will be happy you did.

I am so in love with Plantbaed! I’ve been to many vegan spots around Atlanta, but this one absolutely takes the cake. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff are warm and inviting, and the food is phenomenal. I had the MLT, a side of tomato soup, and their mushroom coffee. All of which exceeded my expectations. Ann helped me with my order and was incredibly helpful, informative, and so kind. To make it even better, this amazing little shop is Black-owned and run by two wonderful women. I will definitely be back and can’t wait to try everything on the menu!

I was excited to try this place. I ordered the Soursop Colada, which is supposed to include soursop, Bartlett pear, key lime, and agave nectar.
For $13, what I actually received tasted like a ginger-shot slushy. I had already left and was on my way to my next appointment, so I didn’t realize it until I took the first sip. There was no soursop flavor at all—just ginger, ginger, and more ginger.
For the price, I could have bought fresh ginger and frozen soursop and made a much better drink at home.
The store itself was clean, the young lady at the counter was very nice, and the service was quick. Unfortunately, the final product was unpleasant. I won’t be visiting again.

This place is so dope! The food is delicious and made fresh to order. You have to have patience, but who wouldn't want fresh, real food. It's Black woman owned and she's so sweet. I found out about this place via TikTok and took my Mom (who's not vegan) over the holidays. We both loved it. I recently went back for my Birthday. I mentioned my birthday in passing when I came back in to discard some trash. The owner was so mad at me for not telling her. Lol. She ended up gifting me with one of her fresh made smoothies. I highly recommend it!

The food here was good. Nothing crazy good but some solid Vegan food. For the price though, I did expect a little more as it was a bit pricey for just another lunch

The customer service was good and the staff were polite, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The food was horrible—poorly cooked, bland, and honestly not worth the money. I wouldn’t come back.

Such delicious food with some gluten free options. The walnut taco meat was fabulous. I wish they had more gluten free options and a separate fryer though. All the fried items are not safe for those with Celiac disease.

I don’t know where to start! When I tell you amazing! 🤩 If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would. I had the MLT & Truffle Burro Fries. My husband had the Sweet Heat Jerk Chickpeas, a Cookies and Cream Smoothie. My son had a Philly Shroom Sub. Everything was fresh, and super flavorful. They were short staffed so the owner was working the front and running to the kitchen. It was worth the wait. I will wait on my food ten times over. The fact that our food still came out fresh and amazing speaks volumes. I have been looking for something like this. Other vegan restaurants just didn’t do it for me. She has new faithful customers that can’t wait to go back. I hate mushrooms, like to the point I pick them out of all my food, but that MLT. I left no crumbs. We are very happy customers and I can’t wait to come back to visit you. Good we live in the area lol! See you soon!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was extremely poor — unresponsive, unhelpful, and lacking basic professionalism. My concerns were not addressed, and I felt dismissed rather than supported. It took far too long to get any kind of response, and when I finally did, it did not resolve the issue at all

I would not recommend this business based on the customer service alone. Customers deserve respect, clear communication, and timely assistance, and this experience fell far below that standard.
