They had the inside closed for some reason despite posted hours and a come in we’re open sign. My friend and I ordered online because there was a long line. We noticed that people that were after us in line got their food first. Then, I finally got mine but my friend’s order never showed. We waited and the manager came out and said she had to start over and order. This was not a professional way to solve the issue. He could have made her bowl and rung it up. We already waited in the line to find out that they only have bottled water.My toppings were fresh but limited to just five bites of strawberry. The açaí was not a smooth consistency consistent with fresh berries and instead is frozen and mixed with lots of ice. It was watery.I was looking forward to trying this place and after the multitude of issues we had I won’t be back. The manager not being willing to help in any way and telling my friend to start over with her order was shocking and we had to leave.
