Food poisoning!
I ordered a poke bowl for lunch on 3/11/25 and came down with food poisoning. Felt like death in bed for an entire day and had to miss work. I know it wasn’t a virus because I was the only one in my house who ate Poke Burri and the only one who got sick. I’m really disappointed because I eat here all of the time and have always recommended it. Looking back, I believe I also got food poisoning from them last summer. I wrote a nice email to the company to let them know, and I never got a response. Super disappointing.
I usually love this place, but they had some inconsistencies this last visit. The sushi burritos are normally a solid source of protein, but this time more than half of the thing is veggies and I can barely see the cut of salmon inside. Very disappointing for the price.
Edit: just gave them a second chance and was let down even farther. The salmon piece is smaller than the cream cheese and the crab salad is non existent. They even skimped on the lettuce. Le sigh. Guess I’ll have to find a new sushi takeout place…

Really delicious, but the portion size is wack! Paid $16 for half a bowl. Ridiculous.
I recently visited this Poke while I was in town for an art market, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience.
After spending some time selling my art, I decided to stop by for something to eat and drink, specifically a bottle of water. As I’m not familiar with the area, I was hoping for a smooth experience. However, I was charged for something I didn’t order.
When I returned to address the issue, I encountered rudeness from both a male employee and a female employee. Despite my polite attempt to explain that I was unfamiliar with the restaurant, they both responded in an unkind manner, making me feel blamed for the misunderstanding. Their lack of professionalism left me feeling disrespected.
This experience wasn’t about the money; it was about being treated poorly as a customer. I believe Poke Burri needs to improve their customer service training to ensure that everyone, especially newcomers, is treated with respect and kindness.
I hope my feedback is taken seriously, as no one should have to deal with rudeness when simply trying to enjoy a meal.

This place was amazing! Probably some of the best ramen in the South for sure. Believe the reviews!!!!! I ate the Classic with tonka's and pork belly. Well balanced in flavors. The boba Thai milk teas was flawless as well.

The food remains good. Solid quality rolls and bowls. But the serving size is smaller than I remember. At $18 (without tip) for a mix of stuff thrown in a bowl, this seems skimpy.
Dietary restrictions: Other than the tempura, things are generally gluten friendly
The fish is always fresh. The service is always superb. Is a great place to go
Kid-friendliness: We always split up an order for my children. They are very patient and responsive to kids

Don’t go here, they don’t even offer half of the online menu at the actual store. Gone to two different locations looking for certain items and they just don’t serve it. DON’T ADVERTISE FOOD YOU DO NOT SERVE!!!

Usually never review, but I get to this to go at least once a month. Generous portions of raw fish. Never been sick once. If you like raw tuna and salmon, this is the place for you!

Excellent poki once you step in and accept the little makeshift back alley feeling of the place (reminded me of some places in Thailand). Thankfully it was good, service was very fast. As for the view and the ambiance….keep focusing on your poki bowl!

Has always been our go-to takeout but something changed recently?? Don’t have the same sauce options and even the lettuce tastes different.

Sushi burritos and Thai tea are delicious! I first ate here about 7 years ago and find it as great as I remembered from then.

Food was absolutely delicious and filling. Service was much quicker than expected. Had our poke bowls on the table about 3 mins after sending in the order! The establishment is kind of cramped, however. But they make efficient use of the space that they have..
