I usually order from the location on Flat Shoals almost every week, which is great, but it’s temporarily closed for some terrible reason so I’ve had to order my Super Poke Bowl from this location twice. But won’t be doing it again.
The first time, they DRENCHED my poke bowl in spicy mayo—I’m talking so much mayo you couldn’t see the stuff underneath. Swimming in mayo. It was disgusting, I couldn’t finish it.
This time I ordered the same thing and asked for light mayo hoping for a more normal amount of mayo. Literally came with like 4 drops of mayo on it and no eel sauce (even though it says it comes with eel sauce in the description). So dry and gross, also couldn’t finish it.
In addition, this location doesn’t allow you to personalize your bowl as much as the other on Uber Eats, even if you’re willing to pay for more add ons, and their super poke bowl doesn’t come with avocado like the other location (and there is no way to add it).
Super disappointed and really wish the Flat Shoals location would reopen bc this one ain’t it.

So disappointed. False advertising went twice and both times were closed despite google and food hall signs saying they were open. Only in atl for 24 hrs and they wasted a lot of my time. Shame! Won’t be back!

Great fresh food, I enjoyed a quick fresh poke bowl. I sat outside and it was a great atmosphere.

This is the second time i’ve come here and the business is closed. Hours on google are incorrect as well as the hours displayed on the door. AND the phone number goes straight to voicemail.
Not to mention the business is taking online orders while being closed. I will not be returning unless these issues are confirmed to be resolved.
Which is a shame, i loved Poke Burri at east atlanta village

I usually order from another location of this restaurant, but somehow UE selected this one by mistake. My wife went to pick up the food, only to realize we were at the wrong location. I called and explained the mix-up — totally our error — and they were incredibly understanding. They canceled the order and issued a refund right away, no hassle at all. Really impressed with the customer service. I haven’t eaten at this location yet, but based on how kind and professional they were, I’ll definitely stop by whenever I’m in the area!

This location is awful compared to the original. Portions were extremely small and packed with rice and vegetables. Would give it 0 stars

Location has moved or does not exist. God brought me to an empty retail space that’s up for lease that was connected to a hospital. Phone number listed does not work, what kind of business doesn’t even have a working phone number? Highly disappointed after driving over an hour to try the popular “sushi burrito”
First time here, service was great but my poke bowl was disgusting. It tasted fine, the portions were reasonable, but the rice was SO GROSS it was like a gummy consistency and not individual grains at all, the rice ruined the entire bowl and it was not worth paying that much. Genuinely the worst rice I’ve gotten from any restaurant period. I’m not going back
I would like to pay four to cast Jace the Mind Sculptor against the cashier who cared more about their Magic the Gathering Arena game than my burrito. It was not properly wrapped at all and I could barely eat it. Probably a good thing I couldn’t eat most of it since afterwards I got a massive stomachache. Also the sushi pizza we went there for wasn’t on the menu, very disappointing.

This location is horrible compared to the one in flat shoals. In person, their customer service is rude and slow & on uber eats their portions are so small. I got a sushi burrito yesterday with 4 things - salmon, avocado, seaweed salad, & eel sauce. First of all, one half didn’t have ANY avocado in it and I couldn’t even see the seaweed salad, that’s how little they put. And secondly, they drenched it with eel sauce so badly that the entire burrito was wet with sauce, I legit couldn’t taste anything but sauce, but probably on purpose considering the serving of salmon was also far from generous so they were trying to hide the lack of flavor in sauce. Definitely worth the extra wait time to order from the flat shoals location where they actually give you the food you pay for.
The ingredients in the set meal can be substituted, and some can also be made into half and half.
The salmon is very fresh.

Customer service is terrible here. I walked up no one was at the counter. There was 1 young lady in the back with headphones on, which explains why no one was answering the phone. (Called twice). When taking my order she acted like she couldn't hear me then offered me my food container with no bag.

Ordered a "crab salad crunch"
Half of the spring mix was OLD and DECOMPOSING! YUCK!
Would have been a very good salad if the worker who prepared the salad would have realized the old spring mix before serving.
