I come to this location often and usually, I am satisfied with the food. Today was a different story...I got my regular, the hot works shrimp bowl. Despite being advertised as fully cooked and fried, the shrimp in my bowl were raw and slimy.That is not how it is usually. Disappointed with the quality, I called the restaurant to voice my concerns.The manager assured me they would consult with their supervisor, but I don't think they will to do anything about it. Do not recommend!!!

You should not have to worry about how your food will taste based on how you receive it!! This review is specifically for pickup or delivery orders. I get poke at this location at least 1-2x/biweekly. The in person experience is great but when it comes to pick up and delivery this team does not care. Every time I order pick up or delivery something in my order is wrong to the point I have had to call, complain and go in to have my food remade. I have left comments with the staff about it since I am a regular and there is no change. The staff should pay attention to detail on the order to avoid small errors which have not accumulated to a larger complaint. You would also think you’d attempt to satisfy loyal customers in person and online

The food has always been good. The service has never been great. ambience is of no concern with picking up. I ordered build my own 3 protein with rice and kale noodles. Unfortunately, after driving 15 min, not able to add certain options to the order online (avocado), the service when I arrived was little to be desired. When I asked for a side since it was not option, the response, "I have to charge you for it". How about no problem and we will get the site updated for future orders? To add to the poor experience, when I arrived by to my desk the order was wrong, missing kale noodles, with lettuce instead, and missing the extra protein I ordered. When I called to get a refund, I was told to contact corporate. When I asked how, look on the site, "y'all have to contact them to get a refund." Clown show

After waiting 20 minutes very patiently while the “crew” worked on online orders, I politely asked how much longer it will be. The dude then decides to give me an attitude!All 7 customers that were in store left before placing an order. Slowest, least friendly, most pathetic staff I have ever seen at a restaurant. Shame too because the food was good the only other time I went there.

Honestly, I have loved this place since I discovered it, but the portion of the food is just getting down and down. For the price they charge and the food you are receiving, it is not normal. The service is very bad. I need to find another place to eat.

Idk, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t like super good either - makes sense?I walked in there was a weird smell.Service was decent & I loved that they had a few real menu items as well - I ordered a large poke bowl & miso soup ?I had spicy tuna & 2 other proteins. I don’t like that they don’t have meat or scallopsThere scoops are also a bit smallIt was good I’m not gonna lie the scoops just earked my soul lol

Food is decent but they don’t give you chopsticks on delivery orders unless you call AND they don’t answer their phone and hang up when they do answer. Teach your employees some phone etiquette!

The crispy chicken bowl was not good. The chicken was not tossed in any sauce like the picture and description depict and when we asked for sauce, the unfriendly employee said it would be $0.89. Yes it's not much money to have to pay, but the bowl was $14 and not prepared correctly in the first place. My bowl was fine, but for $14 I would've hoped for more quantity of toppings. At least give a full scoop. And I get it's Christmas Eve at 1pm but the employees do not need to be rude.

Absolutely terrible customer service and I order a Poke Bowl with HEAVY Flavor and instead of what I paid for, the employee made my bowl extremely dry to the point where I was eating my salad bowl with a drink to force it down because zero sauce was added. I went inside and asked can I get some sauce so I can do it myself the employee refused and said I’m wrong and she put sauce on my bowl.
