I came here for a personal celebration and it went very well. 5 stars all around. My waitress was great, the view was stunning, and the food was delicious. There were no to go containers because I finished everything! The lamb ribs and peach dessert are a must try. I'd gladly go again.

We were celebrating a birthday, and it was both our first time there. The waiter was phenomenal and explained everything very detailed, definitely help with making selections. The food was very delicious, however my friends lamb chops were overcooked. The ONLY reason I gave a 4 star. My experience was very pleasant. I would highly recommend.

A friend and I celebrated his birthday at Polaris and we had a wonderful time. The ambience, views, service, staff were all good. The FOOD was exceptional. He had the sea bass and I had pork chops. I tasted his sea bass and it was unquestionably the best we have had. We are both from Chicago and a part of a dining club where once per month 10 of us would dine at a fine dining establishment. We have both had sea bass elsewhere. We rated the sea bass at Polaris 15 of 10 !!! I would visit Polaris again just for the sea bass. The only sour note in our evening was our waitress who acted as if she wanted to be somewhere else. From the time we boarded the elevator to when we were seated , all of the staff wished him a very pleasant happy birthday. At the end of our meal - we were waiting for our server to offer dessert - she did not. We had to ask. We did not expect her to sing but thought that she would at least serve dessert and wish him happy birthday. Another male server was much more attentive. She did not spoil our evening ..... because FOOD and service from others was outstanding. I would highly recommend Polaris for a celebration or a romantic dinner.

Overall, it was nice. The waitress was really nice and compassionate. The chef came out to discuss my concerns over my meal (I sent it back once). If I visit again, I'd come back to the restaurant.

This is the top experience I have had in a long time. The ambience was everything. We had the lamb ribs, charcuterie, I had the quail and he had the pork chop. Everything was great. The food was not overpriced. It was great!

It was perfect! Even as an employee of Hyatt's, I feel the CARE and they served us very well. It was my friend's birthday, and she really appreciated the service and the dessert she got. She said, she is for sure will go back to Polaris with her family. She also mentioned that she had the best pork chop ever. I got the seabass, and it melted in the mouth. Really great experience
