The place is amazing. The service was nice. The waiter was a bit chatty and then forgot about us for a bit. We got an incorrect dessert, but that was not terrible; mix-ups happen. Drink service can use some efficiency tips - very slow. The place seemed slow for a Friday night, which I appreciated. We really enjoyed our seating setup; it felt private, yet we were still right there with everyone. My husband and I will certainly be back again!
First time going to the restaurant and it definitely won't be my last. I had Wonderful service
It was our second anniversary and our server, Antoinette made it very special. Food was great. View was spectacular. The service was impeccable. It's an experience you won't regret and will never forget.
Amazing dining experience! Chef Jay's food was beyond delicious! Service from Su was exemplary. Great atmosphere... Highly recommend!
This restaurant was fancy, and the spinning meant we got to see the whole city. It was gorgeous at sunset. The desserts were delicious and the food was wonderful, as well.

We had the pleasure of dining at Polaris, and from the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. It was 6:30 PM, the golden hour!!! and the sun was still shining, casting a beautiful light over the city. The views were simply stunning.
We began our evening with the cheese charcuterie board and focaccia bread. It was a standout starter, the combination of honeycomb and jam was divine. A lovely surprise was spotting the bee hive structure just across from our table, knowing the honey came from there made it even more special.
We tried two mocktails the Sober Mo, which was tangy with a sweet agave twist. The Blue Orbit, had a more sweeter yet sparkling taste.
As the restaurant slowly revolved, we were treated to a panoramic journey across Atlanta. We watched the chefs hard at work in the kitchen and saw the city transition from day to night. It was truly magical watching the sunset give way to sparkling city lights. From our seat, we spotted I-85, Midtown, Downtown, Stone Mountain, Kennesaw Mountain, and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Even Georgia Tech’s campus came into view, it felt like we were seeing all of Atlanta in one sitting.
For dinner, we ordered the risotto and sea bass, as we follow a halal diet and typically go pescatarian when dining out. The risotto was a highlight; warm, rich, and deeply flavorful. The sea bass was perfectly cooked, though the rice beneath it lacked a bit of seasoning and had cooled down by the time it arrived. Still, the dish was satisfying overall.
Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, she took lots of photos for us and made us feel truly celebrated. For my birthday, we ordered Blue dome cake, our server complimentary, a thoughtful gesture that added a sweet and memorable touch to the evening.
Polaris is more than just a restaurant, it's an experience. I highly recommend going during the evening to catch the sunset and enjoy the city’s lights coming alive.

I must admit, I was not expecting the food to be so darn delicious. What a pleasant surprise. From valet parking to desert, pound for pound, excellent dining experience. I had the bread and lamb apps. My main course was the pork chop. All was scrumptious. My wife loved her steak and our server, Sarah was the best.

The staff was amazing. When entering the elevator from our first interaction to the goodbyes and even valet, everyone was polite, efficient, accommodating and seemed genuine in their conversations. Our server Jae was great, especially how attentive and helpful she was in our requests and questions. We showed up early and the staff were kind enough to seat us as opposed to making us wait downstairs. The food was delicious but the servings were smaller than expected. Overall was a great anniversary experience.
What a great experience at Polaris. The atmosphere, views, food, cocktails and service were excellent. Antoinette was fantastic - her recommendations, attentive service and fun demeanor enhanced our experience. Would highly recommend for a unique spot for dinner in Atlanta.

My husband and I had another wonderful dining experience at Polaris. Great food and service and beautiful views of the city and sunset. Our waiter, Michael, was very kind and personable. We also enjoyed the overall atmosphere and watching the chefs work their magic as we rotated past the kitchen. We highly recommend Polaris for an unforgettable experience.
The entire experience was great from start to finish. Our waitress Su was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and atmosphere was amazing. We had several different options of appetizers, food and dessert and none of them disappointed.
