Let me tell you, this dining experience was unmatched. A friend of mine recommended Polaris for a top-tier night of great food and ambiance and he was 1,000% on the money. I took myself out on a solo date and it was the best decision. Watching the city at night as the restaurant spun around with the best music and great service was such a treat. My sever was Antoinette and she was the absolute best. If you ever have her you will not be disappointed. She's a great conversationalist, knows a lot about the hotel and the restaurant history AND she takes great pictures. She took some beautiful pictures of me on my solo date. If you're questioning whether or not to go here I say stop thinking and go. You will not regret it.

The service was terrible, we had to keep asking for Seth the GM for drinks food etc. Even at the end the serve didn't get our checks correct. We were not happy at all with our experience. Seth was great, and kept apologizing for the server.

Initially, I was disappointed with how limited the menu was, but then the server let us know how the menu changes every season. I liked that and the food was delicious. The views were beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. I'm definitely going to revisit for Spring's menu. :)

Everything we ate was delicious. Steaks, pumpkin risotto, beets appetizer, the olive sourdough, the buttermilk apple dessert and the blue dome. Outstanding. It's pricey but thankfully the food is worth it. Stellar service. Knocking down the service by one star because our server Michael lingered just a bit too long and was verbose / repetitive when going over menu items. He was a wonderful server and great at his job, but please give a few recommendations and then let us mull it over. We shall return!

I had a wonderful experience at Polaris today. The spinning of the building,the background drop of the city lights as night time was setting in was breathtaking. Our server was great. My son enjoyed his food he ordered steak he is hard to impress. He gave it a ten. I had company from out off town that was very impressed with the ambience and food. All the staff was very friendly. Staff took a family portrait of us. It's worth visiting. Thank you for making my birthday special.

Our 1st time at Polaris celebrating our anniversary! Food was amazing, expensive but it was the best steak we ever had! Atmosphere was nice and enjoying the rotating view as we dine. Drinks were delicious too.
