Y'all Better Popeyes Popeyes Chicken sucks.. Pollo Campero is good 👍🏿

The food is good but customer service kind of sucks. As soon as I walked in I was being rushed on what to order and not given any time to think. They are very rude and laughed in my face when I was deciding on what to order. Very unprofessional. Not to mention, I got my order and received a total of 5 fries!

The place is small,the food portions even smaller,I got 2 ounces of rice and like 4 oz of chicken for 10 dollars, plus a 4 dollar drink.im not coming back

My daughter suggested I try Pollo Campero because she knows how much I love fried chicken, but also hate to cook it. I'm so glad she did. I purchased the 3 piece meal and thoroughly enjoyed it. The 2 thighs and 1 leg were crispy and very flavorful. The fries were plentiful and cooked just right. Everything was great and I plan on going again.

Their pricing has got it ridiculous. Hi period a year ago or so.You could get an eight piece for twelve bucks now, it's twenty eight dollars

It's over priced

First time eating here. The chicken was good but the sides were mid, at best. I also waited a really long time in the drive-thru.

Regrettably, I wouldn’t recommend this chain here in the States. This restaurants are super clean and spacious in Guatemala and throughout Central America… here it was very small, crammed, and didn’t seem to be clean. I didn’t ask for a soda and the cashier assumed and add it to my bill… $3.99 for a soda that cost $0.15 to them! They need to ask patrons explicitly and state that there’s an extra charge for soda (or lower the price accordingly, McDonald’s has them at $1.00!). The prices for the plates are also inflated.

Honestly I haven’t been here in a while and I have a lot to say. The fries are falsely advertised and honestly don’t taste good, could say the same about the beans and rice. It was Saturday so it was a full drive thru, but they really need to come up with a way to handle traffic cause I couldn’t even get out when I got my food. Didn’t receive silver wear plates or napkins. Horchata was one of the worse I have ever had. And the buns literally looked like
Hot dog buns. The only good thing was the chicken. This was crazy cause I was charged 50$ and
Honestly it was worth 25$ at most please go to Popeyes or KFC up the street.

First of all, you have to be very kind to the customer and very helpful since when someone comes to ask about the menu it is necessary that you give them all the necessary information about your menu to offer a good experience.
The cashier was not very friendly when offering your food
The salad could have been better, it felt very bitter and the rice was already very overheated, the flavor was no longer rich

It seems completely crazy to me to pay 4.16 for a soda that is supposed to be included in the combo. It would be nice if they put the prices on the sodas on a larger scale so that you can know if you get it or not.
