Took them 10 minutes before i was greeted. I order online and still had to wait 20 minutes in store from the pick up time. When i asked for the sauces they told me to take them myself. They were several different request in my order which was made online and the assocaite started reading out everyone choices to me instead of helping me to get the required sauces.. So not welcoming and horrible service.

I can't speak for the brand in general, but this specific location was awful. The service was some of the worst I've ever experienced in any kind of dining industry. While the staff was kind, they obviously had poor management and lacked the desire to even be there. I get it, working in fast food isn't the most glamorous thing in the world, I remember not loving my fast-food job, but that doesn't mean I did my job poorly. The quality of service was so poor at this location we considered just leaving (but didn't want to be rude). When attempting to order we were interrupted by the guy taking our order multiple times, they were 'out' of most everything we tried to order, and what we did get was completely wrong. I ordered a bowl with chicken, lettuce, black beans, corn and tomato... what I got was a bowl of lettuce and corn. The sides we ordered were cold and the quality of the food was really poor. I'm disappointed in this experience and hope the management makes significant changes.

My order has been wrong 5 out of my last 6 visits. The food is typically ok. However, my most recent and last visit was horrible. Something has changed! The taste and quality has went way down. I asked for the chicken and rice bowl three times, she looked at me like I had two heads, she had no idea what I was asking for. Final attempt: Food was good, manager was nice, the service (counter) was the worst I've experienced in a very long time. Last attempt.

This Pollo is so good! I really only come because there's a young lady named Lulu who works here. She makes my experience the best one every time. I would recommend this location!

This is the best Pollo in Atlanta! The food is fresh, fast and delicious. Insanely good food at a decent price point. What more can you ask for? The staff is excellent. They're always friendly and the food comes out before you can blink. I know people have mixed reviews about this place, but I think they're tough competition. Watch out Chipotle! Also, Lulu, one of the team leads, she is phenomenal. Truly everything you want in an employee. She deserves a raise, promotion, her own dish, something. 10s across the board.
