MAN THE FOOD IS GREAT! JAKE GAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL 75 TIMES I CAME TO PONKO ! NO EXAGGERATION.
Food was ok. My main issue was with cleanliness. There is a sauce station and it was not clean. I went to get some of the recommended sauce and saw little hairs on the tip of the bottle. Overall the station turned me off and I didn't get any of the sauces.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. The vibe inside was warm, welcoming, and super clean—you can tell they really care about their space and their guests. I was greeted immediately when I walked in, and every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and upbeat.
I placed a pickup order, and everything was 100% correct (which already earns bonus points), but the real win was how delicious the food was—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
Efficient, welcoming, and seriously good food. Ponko Chicken in Chamblee is doing it right. Highly recommend and will absolutely be back. 🍗🔥
