After Todd's prompt response to my inquiry...and discussion around how they could support our needs outside of the Atlanta market...I was confident we were to be well taken care of! They had inventory to support our needs, and excellent service throughout. The popcorn itself was amazing too! Guests sought our booth out to find \\\"the good popcorn\\\"...as another vendor wasn't serving popcorn that was as tasty. I know \\\"The Popcorn Lady\\\" is a resource for much more than popcorn...and if I needed games, concessions or even a personal chef...I would call Todd with the \\\"The Popcorn Lady!\\\" I would trust that anything you contract Todd to do for you, would be done well and with enthusiasm and a smile throughout!

Things started great with Holly. Great prices and availability for our New Year’s Eve party. We talked through logistics. She said she was unable to pick up on New Year’s Eve after our party, so I had to spend extra time finding someone who could come to our venue the following day. She wouldn’t send me the invoice until we had a time and a date set. I was finally able to get someone to get to the building and by the time I did (a few days after the date she asked for), she cancelled, even though I was communicating with her by email each day. When I asked her to call me back to discuss the cancellation, she never responded. We had to scramble to cover the three machines and supplies that we were looking for with less than 5 days to go, otherwise it would have ruined our party. Poor responsiveness. Poor execution. Didn’t deliver. Her website states, “Your party is our priority.” NOT TRUE!

We had The Popcorn Lady do the catering for our wedding and they did a fantastic job! We did BBQ for the meal with sides, Kettle Corn, and Snow Cones. All of our guests loved them and the food could not have tasted better! The Popcorn Lady’s staff were so sweet and easy to work with. We could not be happier with their service. If you are looking for a caterer for any event we highly recommend them. We will be using them again for sure!
