From bad experiences years ago, I stopped patronizing businesses in downtown Atlanta. Now that I have a place nearby, I have cautiously begun testing them out again. Glad I did. This Popeyes is one of the best-run restaurants I've visited recently. The service is quick and friendly, the food is hot and delicious, and the whole place is clean and well-maintained. I've visited three times in the past couple of months and had consistently good experiences. And the mind-blowing detail--they repeated my order back to me when they took the order and when they handed me the food! Fast food places generally can't be bothered to ensure their guests receive the correct order. It's like they care here... what a concept.

The professionalism is out the door... They do not open on time, it's when they open; nor was they ready, most food was not ready and they took they time with food that was ready. Poor customer service.

They give you what they want to give you regardless of what you order. Then they act like you don't know what you ordered even if the receipt says what you ordered.

I am a girl that loves cajun food. I also love fried chicken. Popeye's takes care of both of those cravings for me. I can get spicy fried chicken strips and dirty rice at the same place. Not to mention, their fries can't be beat. I can't wait until they open a location closer to my home. For a quick meal on the run, Popeye's shrimp tackle boxes are the bomb! There is just enough food to keep you going through the day without being too heavy. Their variety of sauces keeps things interesting and their sweet tea is to die for. Stop by and give one a try today!

Not located in the best location, a no parking area of Downtown Atlanta, and right above Five Points Marta Station. I am came in for the chicken sandwiches in November: one spicy and one regular. The line was very long because the sandwich just came back yesterday that's understandable. The staff was super friendly, once I got to the register to order it took 5 minutes at more to get my sandwiches. The only issue I really had was the quality of the sandwich, it just wasn't worth standing in line for 30 minutes for.

I love Popeyes but not this Popeyes. Had many bad experiences but this is the only one in midtown. I’ve had undercooked chicken, over cooked chicken and onions rings from them. This time we ordered 4 biscuits and they gave us none .
