This was arguably the worst fast food I've experienced in my entire life. I ordered three combos through the drive-through. Not only did they make me repeat myself several times through the intercom but had an attitude about me wanting extra sauce and extra pickles. They told me the blackened tenders would take an extra five minutes but I waited 30. I had to park my car and walk in to find out that they hadn't even started my order. Completely forgot my order I didn't pay for it/it was in the system. So I basically had to re-order all over again. Then they made the food and gave me the wrong drinks. Then they ran out of the drinks I ordered. And then the lady at the window confused about life itself and her manager was openly and obviously frustrated with her in ability to make a simple order. When I got home I waited so long for were extremely skimpy and not worth the weight at all. Overall if I could give this establishment I would. It's fast food it really shouldn't be that hard SMH.

Lemon pepper wings is gross the chicken look old and Mac & cheese was dry and crusty at 11:00 how the food taste old when you first open. Plus the Menu in the drive thru was off and dirty needs to be clean.

THEN WE ASKED HOW LONG DOES THE COOKED TIME TAKE. AFTER AVOIDING THE QUESTIONS, THE LINEBACKER OF A MANAGER SAID SHE DONT KNOW. WHY DO YOU NOT KNOW THE COOKING TIME OF THE FOOD YOU SELL???? For this Popeyes to be in a good area , the rapport of the staff and the operation of it is very poor. Despite the fact that it is fast food , the professionalism is lack. My order is ALWAYS messed up on DoorDash which indicates there is a lack of attentiveness. Whole staff needs to be revamped.

Well I notice when I went to this location a few days ago I seen employee outside with a BBQ grill cooking food. And my family meal still was wrong the biscuits was cold , so was my chicken. Management is very ghetto.

Manager was very rude! He rushed through the order & got most the large order wrong. Not to mention the wait & for it to be wrong was CRAZY!! They had NO sauce except hot & also didn't put any utensils or napkins in the bag

Absolutely terrible service. Was missing a large fry from my order. Called and manager was nice and I returned to the store to get it. Lady tried to give me a small fry and when I said it was a large fry, she rolled her eyes, sighed and walked off.
