Just horrible. I’m become more disappointed in black people daily since being in this area. My people are such a disappointment

This is the best Popeyes in GA. It's sometimes a slight wait, but you won't be disappointed. We always experience great customer service.

Not the best Popeyes. This was my second and last visit. The chicken is never hot and looks like the grease needs to be changed. This visit, the spicy chicken and mashed potatoes, was too spicy! I eat at different Popeyes, and I must say this one is the worst.

I did drive thru. Exceptionally courteous service. Patience was 100% as I didn't know what I wanted and she didn't give me any attitude. 😆

Staff failed to get the order right. I ordered a tailgate to carry to my aunt"s repas I got there to put wings on a tray o discover there were only three kinds of. Wings and it should have been four. I ordered a big box aswell...no problems with it. I was not given a receipt. At the time this occured,I was just coming from my aunt's funeral. My daughter ghter placed a second order for two big boxes which she's specified spicy chicken and Mac n cheese and red beans a ND rice in both. The cashier asked if she wanted a fountain drink for a dollar each and she said yes. She paid over $17.00 for that.When the cashier handed her food she gave her only one big box and insisted the other big box was in the first order. I told her one wax in the first order but I paid for it. I told her to look in the car because all the food was there. She went and fix the second big box but it was mild chicken and gave two red beans and rice.She paid formal n cheese and should have been given what was ordered. No receipt was given. This is whatI experienced on top or a grief filled day

This location close 30 to 40 minutes before time every night. They close right now and they should be open. Everybody standing in the back smoking. So bad for business. The owner needs to run the labor report and see what time they take the last order. When you in the hood, expect good service. Thornton road I go! I added a picture so the owner could see the time I did the review doing regular store hours😳 How soon can y'all replace them with immigration or automation?

First time visiting Drive through. Ordered a big box that cost 6 plus $s' dirty rice was bland. And cashier who took order with an attitude. First and last time driving thru

We're from Atlanta, but we live in Tennessee and our Popeyes not the Atlanta one's.... So we just wanted to enjoy some Popeyes before we left..... And that's just what we did. Our food was hot and fresh, service was great and we ended our trip on a great note! I love fresh food!

No issues. Just nothing to brag about. The Cajun rice was lacking the flavor it usually has but idk if that's a location issue or corporate issue.

I came to the restaurant waiting in line 20 minutes just to be told that they can only take cash at the window and that you have to come back inside and wait again just to place an order I asked for the manager and they said the same thing that’s very poor service and very bad for business. I won’t return back to this location.
