Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I’ve never had such terrible service in my life. If you’re that unhappy, maybe don’t work somewhere you have to deal with people. The staff at this Popeyes, right across from gate B14 in ATL airport, had major attitudes on the night of September 17, 2024, around 9 PM. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually helping customers. The way they treated people was unprofessional, and honestly, it was just frustrating. Management really needs to address their attitudes; it’s unacceptable.

Food wise, as you expect. Service was terrible. You make a customer wait in line while you chat away with a coworker??They nickel and dime you here like they get a commission here.Just an entree will cost you $20 over $12?Tenders don’t come with sauce…you have pay for it?

They do not sell any sandwiches and one of the screens doesn’t work. So you don’t get to see the full menu. The employees are rude and get condescending for you not knowing the other menu items and their names / quantities of chicken. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The mash potatoes were ok.If I could leave a negative review i would.

It was a mistake to eat here, concourse D. I love Popeyes when it's prepared properly. Customers should hede the sign at the entrance if you don't want to get sick from chicken that tastes like it was cooked in oldgrease and biscuits that taste a day old. We got in line but didn't know we had to leave the line to place our order. I ordered a combo and a few more items. When it was time for me to pay, I was charged for 2 combos. When I asked why, the young lady behind the counter responded in a rude manner. After I had eaten some of my meal, I started feeling really awful and regretted I had ordered from this establishment.

Had lots of confusion as to what line to be in, constant bickering of the employees to the costumers. When I got food I asked for BBQ sauce was told I had to get back in line. The guy was standing 2 feet from the bin with the sauce.

It's insane to me that the best Popeye's I've ever been to is in an airport. Even before we had our food, I was so thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of the staff. But then, on top of that, the food was also the best tasting Popeye's we've ever had.

Classic Popeyes experience - they got my order wrong, but dam was it good. No chicken sandwich at this location which is illegal under the Hen-eva Convention.

Service & Food were good..unfortunately, a customer prior to me had issues paying her full balance, she used a card, then cash. The extreme concern is that her cash balance was applied to me when I ordered. Sadly I didn't check my receipt right away.
