Chicken always hot
They need to learn how to talk to a customer. Popeyes should definitely train those workers and they need to work on their attitude. They can’t be yelling at customers.

This location is new and already gone in the trash, the service is horrible l. I dont recommend this place. Go to Wendy's but remember they not 💯 either.

Everything was fresh, hot and good.
The manager with cries cross braids in the drive thru has very nasty attitude. Was standing in the corner talking to another employee about non work issues while customers waited at counter for food . If you don’t wanna work call off but don’t be rude to customers & they spending their money .

This is to hood for me I’m currently standing watching on chicken wings for over 30 minutes like at this point I’m trying to get a refund. I’m so upset I lost my appetite.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered during my recent visit. The woman at the drive-thru window was incredibly rude and dismissive. The receipt listed the host as “Taniya,” though I’m not certain if that’s who assisted me. Regardless, the attitude I experienced was completely unacceptable and made the entire visit uncomfortable.
What made it worse was that I felt like I had to tread lightly—my food was being handled, and I didn’t feel safe speaking up in the moment. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was shocking and reflects poorly on the whole establishment.
I’m sharing this because no customer should have to feel uneasy while simply ordering a meal. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I arrived and when I got to the intercom the girls on drive -thru thought it was hilarious to have me to repeat my order numerous times so I drove up to the window and all you see is foolishness ,everybody playing,all co workers laughing and remind you the drive thru had excessive wait time and I know the car was there a good 20 minutes after ordering.Please hire people who wants to work and this was my 3rd time attempting to order for here the first time it was an rude elderly lady on night shift it gets worse every time and yall already have 3 stars and it definitely should be a 1star restaurant. It’s hardworking individuals that actually want to work and these individuals in here playing as if people don’t have places to be and families to feed.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful – Need to be evaluated!
This was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. I asked for my chicken to be dropped fresh and cooked longer because the last time I visited, it was raw in the middle. The same person who gave me my total at the speaker acted confused at the window and claimed she never got my order. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse.
While I was waiting, I could clearly hear staff in the background yelling things like, “Which person wants their food cooked fresh?” — talking about me in a disrespectful, mocking tone. That level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable.
Despite my request, I still received cold, old food. It's clear no one there cares about quality or customer service. This isn't the first bad experience, but it will definitely be my last.
This establishment is not being managed properly, and the staff have made it clear they have no respect for their jobs or their customers. I will never waste my hard-earned money or time here again—and I strongly advise others to stay away. Go where you’re treated with dignity and where fresh food isn’t treated like an inconvenience.
