I wasted my money eating here twice. Nothing was fresh, chicken was so dry and hard to eat, my apple pie tasted like a week old. The customer service is terrible. They talk to you with an attitude through the drive thru. I will never eat here again and I recommend you don't. High as the prices are the food should be hot and fresh!

Crew is disrespectful and slow and argues with multiple customers. I also was given the wrong order and everything was cold, after asking if it was the #3. I dont expect 5 star service just polite professional people. Popeyes needs to seriously retrain this location

I came to pick an order up. They apparently only have 1 person doing orders, so instead of them helping the 1 person doing the orders because everybody is just standing around, they would rather just watch the boy do everything on his own. It’s really sad they they have people waiting over 30 minutes for a few items when in all reality it never has to take that long if they were to just help each other. Stop working at places if you don’t want to really do TEAM WORK ! It’s sad !!

This Popeyes is so convenient but the absolute worst! Everytime you order food something is always missing or wrong. I’ve had issues 3 times and this time was my breaking point. I ordered through Doordash because their drive thru was closed for construction and they still gave me the wrong food. Won’t be back !
