The staff was in a horrible mood the night I went here.
Waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru just to be told to pickup my food inside.
Once inside the Staff looked miserable.

People are always friendly even when there’s a wait. Guy with long dreads and hair dye was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we received our order. Night of 2/8/2025

The food was good. But the food took 20 minutes just to come out. The young woman who was taking and bagging orders was very disrespectful and had no good customer service qualities. when i changed my order due to the price she mean mugged me and complained about making her change it. i will not be returning to this location again.

My occasional treat and the food is always good and fresh. This location’s chicken is reminiscent of Popeyes’ locations in Louisiana. The customer service is excellent and Quanda the store manager has such a great spirit. Great job Moreland!

I went through the drive-through and the young lady at the drive-through was a pleasant surprise of professionalism. She was polite. She was courteous. She had great energy about her. I don’t know if the spelling of her name is right, but her name is Mora

I haven’t always had the best experiences at this Popeyes, especially with the professionalism with staff, but it’s very refreshing to see someone at the window, taking pride in their job. Her energy alone will be the reason I return.
