I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your location.
I ordered a sandwich that was unfortunately served cold. Additionally, when requesting an egg and cheese sandwich, I was informed that sliced cheese was unavailable. While I was offered shredded cheese as an alternative, what I received instead was a large, cold, and unm

When they don’t have half the menu available and then can’t take an order and provide it to a customer in less then 10 minutes each. I guess you have to go somewhere else to get something to eat.

The employee Jacara had an attitude when I told her my order was mild chicken and not spicy. She snatched the bag back from me and switched out the chicken when I requested a leg and thigh of mild. I then replied is there a problem? I’m spending my money!! Piss poor service. You don’t wanna do the job, then leave! It’s that simple.

I had an awful experience at the Popeyes in Hartsville-Jackson Airport. Yolanda, the staff member who served me, was extremely rude. When I politely asked if there were napkins in the bag, she sarcastically replied, ‘Do you see any napkins in the bag?’ and then pointed towards a wall instead of addressing the issue. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, the food was subpar. Yolanda definitely needs a lesson in customer service. Very disappointing!

This was the store in Maywood on Roosevelt & 9th. They must have changed management. Normally they are ?. Our order was wrong &Incomplete . We not will return. ?

We were here before they opened and they ignored the line for 20 minutes after they opened and continued to ignore said line until we boarded our flight. I will never visit this Popeyes again. It is the worst one I have ever seen.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I have received flying in and out of Atlanta’s airport. From the young lady standing behind the podium with an attitude asking for our orders, talking to customers like we are bothering her, and to the lady handing us our food orders today, May 11, 2024 around 4:20pm at Terminal B. I asked the lady bagging the food if I could have a leg and a wing and she looks at me and ask, “Did you ask for it?” Uh I’m asking you now. She proceeds to hand me over the bag with a leg and a thigh. Just such nasty attitudes, even the lady behind me was complaining about them. Please hire people that do not mind working and servicing customers without such rude behavior.

The taste of the chicken reminds me of the chicken from the country where I came from. So I keep going back just to get their fried chicken.

I was appalled at how they treated a fellow traveler. He had never eaten at a Popeyrs and had questions and they treated him like cattle. I looked back and it was only me and him in line. If you think you are a customer think again. These folks clearly doing you a favor.

a) you had to line up three times. Once to order, once to pay and then again to get your food. Terrible logisticsB) when paying you have to re-tell them what you ordered which is wild - why did I have to get in the first line to order if I’m just going to have to tell the cashier again what I ordered?C) the cashier is behind a large plastic shield and the cashiers are wearing masks. There were no microphones so I couldn’t hear what they were saying and they couldn’t hear meOverall this was a painful experience even for an airport restaurant. F-
