It's now 6:19. They were supposed to open at 6. A worker yelled out to us at 602 to make a line and they would be with us as soon as food was made. No update since

The person taking orders seemed to be annoyed by the customers, and rushing them through their orders. There were way too many people working as the person who was preparing the food to go inside the bags ended up taking a break in the back with about 4-5 people still within view of the customers ending up eating chips, then helping deal with money at the cash register, while waiting her hands where all over her mouth, then she went back to placing food back into bags all without washing her hands. It seemed like they were all having a great time at work, but it's disgusting seeing that people are not properly providing good and clean customer service. I was about to get out of line, but unfortunately it was the only thing open at the time. This Popeyes really needs to get it together because this is not okay. In total there was about 10 people working, half were not even working while there was a large line of people waiting to pay and get their orders, but they didn't even seem to care. One girl was even chewing gum while at the register which is quite unprofessional and shouldnt be happening in a food restaurant.

Ate a bacon with chicken, honey, and ketchup sandwich. Was spicy. Liked the atmosphere with the peppers and seasonings on display for effect.Kid-friendliness: Could have some menu items near the ground.Wheelchair accessibility: If they remove the line cord, anyone could get in.

Very rude customer service. Very frustrating. Told me my food wasn’t ready and to stand to the side and stood there for 20 minutes waiting for my food that I had ordered 30 minutes prior. Had to go up and ask about it and my food was just sitting there. Probably would’ve stood there forever if I didn’t go ask about my food. Luckily has a long layover otherwise I would have running to next flight. Terrible

It’s 6:45am waiting in line for them to open at 6:09am (not a typo). We might not make it by 7:00 by all looks of it.Not like I have a flight to catch or anything…

This is the 3rd time I’ve came here in the morning and they wasn’t open at 6 like stated, it took them 27 mins this time to finally open and they just looked at us all lined up in the line with disgust instead of communicating. As we stood in the line, a girl with red dreads came in and just started eating while we all were just waiting in line so someone in the line had to stand up and ask what time do they open and they said they were waiting on a cashier smh very unprofessional

The chicken was delicious! The bad thing is that the cajun fries were out of stock and the Mac & Cheese is really bad.

Food was fine. *Edit: they just gave me the plain wrong food too. Asked for chicken egg and cheese and just got chicken.Ive never been to a popeyes, yet alone the one at the airport. I was just trying to figure out what to order and the woman literally sighed at me in seemingly frustration because i was trying to figure out what to order and verballize what i wanted. The whole thing felt rushed and moving faster than I could process. Plus you had to order, then essentially order again which I didnt fully understand. Not going back.

I received my order very quick, I asked for a regular chicken sandwich. In return I was given one chicken tender and a half on a hamburger bun.

It was a busy Sunday afternoon and there was a long line, but they have quite a system set up and things moved fairly quickly maybe 10-15 minutes. The staff didn't seemed phased by the line and were pleasant. They work HARD. Tenders and fries were both fresh and perfectly cooked and seasoned. The only issue? Absolutely no real seating. Had to sit at an "empty" gate. I would eat here again
