Corporate traveler - this is the worst breakfast buffet I've had at hundreds of hotels. Roadside roach hotels are better.

Phyliss had an amazing customer service. Super friendly, fast, efficient. Stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and she was always ready with my routine order along with coffee. Made me feel like home.

Pretty good.

Table and dining room were quiet and comfortable. Apps were good. Entrees looked great but took a long time to get. All entrees were not served together some were done before others received. All entrees were very salty and sides were not good.

My husband and I made brunch reservations at Portico for our anniversary. Upon arrival, we were informed that the dining room was closed, and that we would be having our meal in the lobby. Considering one of the main reasons that I booked this restaurant was because of the beautiful patio-style seating area, this was very disappointing. I don't see why they didn't inform us of this change ahead of time. Regardless, we elected to stay as finding another last-minute brunch location on a Sunday morning would not be an easy task, and we were looking forward to "a fresh menu of eclectic, globally inspired cuisine sourced from farms and artisanal producers both locally and abroad." Unfortunately, what we got was overcooked frozen chicken fingers (the chicken and waffles dish) and three exceptionally small, oily pancakes with dry, room temperature berries. The server was very nice and attentive, but that was really the only saving grace. We will not be returning.

Highly disappointing evening. I made reservations for my husband and I for dinner and music. Well the rose on the table was wilted, my waiter had the personality of a puppet. The Jazz music never happened for the entire 2 hours we were there. I was offered $10 off my meal and a glass of wine. Well I don't drink and it was very disappointing evening. The best part was i was with my husband. Will not recommend this place.

I didn't realize the meal was a fixed menu for $60.00 per person, which would have been fine if it was worth it. Salad with goat cheese was a disappointment. There was a small, maybe 1 to 2 inches, log of goat cheese on the salad. Filet was mediocre at best and lobster was two small langostino's. The creme brûlée was horrific. I think the berries sat on the creme brûlée too long and it curdled the creme brûlée. Service was excellent but to be fair, only 4 tables were occupied.
