I only got to experience the drive-thru because I came by late and the dining area was closed. Service is okay and it is efficient with moving things along. The only downside is that it is extremely hard to hear the person through the intercom and they should have that fixed if they're going to be drive-thru only. I just got a Whopper and fries and a bottle of water. No complaints everything was fine. If I was in the area I would definitely try it out again

this place needs shut down. how many s this place still open. from playing with people food to terrible service. how a lil boy girl gone fry a half a peice of fish and fry it rock hard. the fish had white. dust on it after it was fried like the lil freak put it in something. the manager didn't even question the lil dude or whatever he was. this place is Awful. I'm going to the bbb next they got to be stopped

Mannnnn. I came here a week or two ago wanting a frozen coke and I was greeted with the sign in the picture I attached. "no: lettuce, tomatos, pickles, bacon, nuggets, onion rings." I thought I had hit the jackpot, I didn't want any of these things! I wanted a frozen coke! think again.. they should have added that to the "no" list. It's almost laughable how much they are frequently out of. I don't know how their ordering person can be that far off consistently. Bummer.

This has got to be the worse company I have ever worked for. Management is the sorriest; they lack experience, and education, and motivation. I stayed with them 6 months and I’m surprised I did it. I’m typically the person with a poker face, and everyone is constantly trying to push my buttons to see if I will engage with their stupidity. Although, it annoys me, I feel more pity for them than anything because they make me the focal point of their work life. Don’t come here to do your job, only come to make friends. That will get you far in this company. Lazy people looking for 15 dollars an hour with overtime, welcome to paradise!!

Sigh.... why am I writing this review at 9pm on a Thursday you ask. First I had to get an impossible whopper instead of chicken fries, not a huge deal... order it with no mayo. There's a wait so we have to pull around. The manager comes to our window about 10 minutes later asking our order, we tell her. She returns with the food and no drinks, so while retrieving our drinks (large diet coke and large cherry coke no ice) I check my sandwich for mayo. Yep. Go inside now and she's angrily yelling at the kid at the front who literally has nothing to do with this. I get my new sandwich 5 minutes later, fine. I get home, they gave me no mayo, mustard or ketchup... I guessed I asked for that, no big deal I got that at the house. But why I look in my bag and it's two imposible whoppers... AKA no real burger. And get this, small fries. We spent $25 literally on our food and didn't even get it. I would go back tonight but the way my partners temper is set up, nobody deserves to end their night this way... Settled on a review. Check your food before you leave, ALL of it, not just what your substitutes are smh

Wish i can give it 0 stars. Cashier was EXTREMELY rude!!! I asked for 2 croissant sandwiches with two orange juices and the lady would not change the drinks to what i wanted. She stated that the line was two long and she just deleted the drinks from our order.

Wrongfully accused and terminated- messed with my pay was salary then told hrly but wouldn't tell me how much- refused an offer and termination letter.. I have A LOT in messages/ evidence to shut a LOT of doors for this company..

This Burger King really sucks. I guess the drive thru doesn't work. I was waiting for awhile until an employee came out and told me that they're only taking orders inside. There weren't any signs to let you know that you could only go inside. I went inside and all the employees were wearing masks improperly. Every single employee had the mask on their chin exposing their nose and mouth or all the way on their neck. It didn't seem like there were any social distancing measures. I've tried to eat at this Burger King 3 different times and have only eaten there successfully once. Right now I'm watching an employee yell at a customer in the drive thru.

On 27Aug2020 I placed a lunch-order for at 1:47pm to redeem a: *Free T-Mobile Tuesday Whopper Burger *4 Jalapeño cheddar poppers *Vanilla mini shake Late leaving the office to go grab my lunch...upon arriving around 2:20-2:45pm & going through the drive-though line to pick up my order...a middle age women in her 30's told me I had to come in. At which time I pulled directly up parked to go in to collect my order. However, after standing in line and letting the counter clerk now what I was picking up...he then rings up the order & gives me a total to pay. I show him the details on my phone placed via Tmobile & the BK app. I advised the young guy that I had already paid for my items via the app. They advised me that the order was not ready & also that no T-Mobile app was redeemed for a Whopper Burger so, only 2 items is showing. I waited & waited and ended up wasting my lunch hour not only driving, wasting time arguing about the process & what should of showed up on my phone in order for a store manager to approve the redemption on my phone. Store Mgr was telling me what pops up on my phone & im telling him what he was telling me did NOT happen that way. I pulled out my phone & showed him exactly the steps to how I redeemed the free whopper & what appeared on my screen which read that I already redeemed for the burger. Then I asked what was going on once, he went in the back...I guess to make a call to someone as I continued to wait...I said "nevermind the burger just give me the 2items I paid for." As I continue to wait longer, wondering why there 3 just wouldn't give me the food I paid for thus adding extreme frustration because, after speaking with 3 people (lady-Asst Manager, BK Store Manager I was refused serviced & told there were not giving me anything after Waiting in store close to 30mins and getting frustrated because, they would not simply give me my food & I cursed at the Store Manager-Terrance told me to leave and request a refund through the app. I am writing to discuss theses 3 things: 1. It's a pandemic (Coronavirus) so, if I place an order online & a payment is made via the app...why are customers forced to come in continue with additional people such as BK staff & customers that may be carrying covid? 2. T-Mobile & Burger King systems should work together so, that the item redeemed reflects proper on the app as redeemed along with the items paid for & to avoid these type of glitches 3. If the pick up method in app specifies an Drive thru then orders should be approved to pick up from drive thru as per my receipt (see receipt) 4. No customer should be refused service because this escalation could of been avoided if Terrence pride was not involved. All he had to do was give me the items which I paid for at the least! Again, I am extremely disappointed & was embarrassed and due to the outcome I felt all of this was not handled professionally and unnecessary if he had better people skills and service me appropriately. Thus this complaint, I would like you to look into this situation and refund me my money.
