Great food, good coffee, wonderful atmosphere. This is the best coffee shop in the area if you want a proper place to sit down and spend some time enjoying a good sandwich, smoothie, or coffee. Don’t get me wrong, the other coffee shops in the area are great, but you just don’t get much space to yourself. Press and grind is a true “third space”. Enjoy!

I stopped in for mid afternoon snack.
Parking: 4 spots out front and some nearby street parking in a very busy area near N Highland and Virginia.
Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely NO accessibility. There are 3 large stone steps up from street level and not even a hand railing. ADA Compliant it is not. I had to ask someone to give me a hand down those wicked...

We live in the are but this was the first time we ate here. Not sure if I’m more excited because we finally found a legit breakfast spot or more bummed because we spent five years in the area without knowing how great it is. The food is awesome. Breakfast BLT was great. The ambience is spot on and plenty of seating.
