I just had brunch at Pretti Plates Brunch Bar, and it was truly some of the best food I've ever had in Atlanta! Every dish was outstanding—the lamb chop was cooked to perfection, the soul rolls were delicious, and the lemon drop martini was on point. I also tried the soul plate with chicken wings, and it blew me away!
To top it all off, the owner, Tonya, came up to the table and was so warm and welcoming. Our waitress provided excellent service, and the pink flowery atmosphere added a lovely touch to the experience. If you're ever in Atlanta, this spot is an absolute must-try. You won't be disappointed!

Pretti Plates is by far the best place to get soul food or brunch food in the area. I have dined in, as well as some catering orders. Tanya is very professional, prompt, and great with communicating to ensure all our expectations are exceeded. We will continue to support her!

My husband and I decided to try Pretty Plates since we were in Atlanta for the One Love ride and Funky Dineva raves about it…Just to be safe my husband made a reservation for 1pm Sunday. Get to the spot and we was greeted by a woman behind the bar…She tried…we were the only ones that was asked about having a reservation and honestly there was no reason to make one… As we sat and waited and waited and waited…the same woman eventually brought us some water…And we waited and waited and listened to the ladies speak on how they placed their order over 30mins ago…and we waited and waited and waited…After no menus, no server, no “hold on a second “ and “no apologies” and just a lot of no nothing…we left…if there was a minus I would give it because there were 2 guys that walked in about 25 mins after us and was receiving food as we left… Horrible Horrible experience…And we travel…we’re a military family and trying to support black businesses everywhere we go is really getting harder and harder because the poor service is running rampant…It’s embarrassing…and clean those chairs…That’s embarrassing too🥴😑

This place is a complete scam. The part that really upset me was the fact that the staff actually got angry at me for pointing out that I was overcharged. How does that make sense? Then, instead of fixing the issue, I was basically told not to come back. And trust me—I won’t.
I asked for an itemized receipt, and when I finally got it, nothing on it matched what I actually ordered. So what does that mean? I ended up paying for someone else’s food. A customer who doesn’t work there shouldn’t be left trying to figure out your system—that’s your job.
The saddest part is that the food itself is good, but if this was truly just a mistake, an honest apology would have gone a long way. Everyone makes mistakes, but real businesses take accountability. Instead, there were excuses, no professionalism, and even menu prices that didn’t match what they charged.
Dishonest. Unprofessional. And I’ll never spend my money here again.

Unfortunately, I was invited to this establishment by a young brother who was allegedly employed at the Brunch Bar. Upon arriving I was welcomed and then robbed in the parking lot. All of my belongings where taken. Phone, Money ,and other valuables. Not to mention a traumatic experience that I still haven't healed from. I dont feel bad about writing this review because its not a lie. My prayer is that, employees start to be screened so that nobody is hurt again
The food is the ONLY reason this place is getting a three. The place is cute but it’s at a gas station with people begging by the window. The place is also small. Our server kept messing up orders. I’m not sure if he was new or what but we waited at least 20ish minutes before he took our food order. I had to tell him we were ready and he said he was waiting for all the drinks to arrive first. He took our orders and I’m not sure if he was writing them down correctly or what but he kept asking people to repeat their orders multiple times and then double checking after taking another person’s order. From when we ALL sat down (I say all as some people were late) to when we finally left it was about 3.5 hours we spent there. I will say we were a big party of 7 but had the food orders been placed earlier then we wouldn’t have been waiting for 2ish hours to finally eat. Oh btw we also had no utensils on our table I had to request those once we got our food. Lastly they had multiple different fees on the receipt. To each their own but I’m not recommending this location to any of my friends. The food wasn’t worth the bad experience.

We stumbled upon Pretti Plates on a random afternoon and I want to say that it is probably one of the only all-day brunch spots in the ATL area. The food was delicious and well seasoned. The drinks were tasty and the presentation was very creative. I love a good hidden gem. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because it’s not in a very aesthetically pleasing location. Nonetheless, we received awesome service and even got a chance to meet the owner/chef she was so sweet and we will definitely visit again.

I was so excited to finally try this place (after seeing a TikTok review). I will say the idea is soooo cute and creative. Food was good but over priced in my opinion. I had pork chops with Mac and Cheese and collards. Chops were good, collards were good, Mac and Cheese was over cooked and greasy. My drink was cute but wasn't good enough for the price. Service was decent. Now... the decor was beautiful but the dirty pink velvet chairs were a turn off. My friends chair looked like it had a period stain in it (it was disgusting). And it appears all of the chairs were in desperate need of steam cleaning or replace. I'd suggest they switch to black velvet or maybe hunter green (dark colors so the stains aren't visible). The visible stains really took away from the ambience. Nevertheless, glad I had the experience, I can say I tried it.

Food is terrible. Macaroni and cheese dry, greens no flavor, yams tastes old. Never Again! I even saw a roach crawling

I celebrated my 55th birthday with friends @PrettiPlates. The food , service, atmosphere was outstanding. The chef/owner Tonya was very friendly and took the time to personally greet us.
