Shame on this fancy venue and the people that run it! my cousin had his wedding there 2 weeks ago and they screwed up his venue and the preparation of the food and refused to do anything about not even a discount SHAME ON THEM! companies like this are suppose to stand by their name i am going to tell all my family to post on how unprofessional they handled my family

We had an incredible experience with Proof of the Pudding for our alumni dinner! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and truly enjoyable.

Nicole Bernier was our main contact, and she was amazing—kind, patient, super helpful, and always communicative. She made the planning process so easy.

The on-site staff was also fantastic. Everyone was friendly, quick, and so much fun to work with. They brought great energy and made sure our guests were taken care of all night.

The food? Absolutely delicious!

I have worked with Proof of the Pudding for many years as a prom coordinator. They never disappoint. This year I had a linen emergency, and Darnell came through for me. The food was amazing, and the service is top-notch!

Proof of the pudding does the concessions at the Memphis event center, and apparently they do not like for you to take the survey after you pay 😂. This is not professional at all

Nicole and POP team did an excellent job for my family member's Celebration of Life event at Tellus Museum on Monday, March 3, 2025.

Proof of the Pudding provided a reception style light bites menu/beverages for all those that came to celebrate the life and legacy of my wonderful brother in law, Dr. Thomas Gilbert.

They turned around a menu asap, the food was delicious and they were able to work with our budget. The Proof of the Pudding staff was very professional and were sensitive to the purpose of the event.

Proof of Pudding is by far one of the BEST caterers I have the privilege of working with as an event planner. Whether it is a wedding, networking event, or gala...they never disappoint. Not only is their food delicious, their service and attention to detail goes unmatched. From the proposal process to the execution of event day, they truly take care of you. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Darnell was fantastic in communicating with us about our preferences and creating multiple versions of a proposed menu. We had an excellent tasting experience. The kale caesar salad we tried was probably the best salad we've ever had. The two main dishes we tried, fried chicken with macaroni and cheese and shrimp and grits, were both delicious. The portions were substantial. We were also impressed with the dessert selection and taste. Even though we ultimately decided to go with a different wedding caterer with expertise in preparing Indian cuisine, we felt that Proof would have been a great option if we had decided to opt for a Southern or New American menu.

Absolutely choose Proof of the Pudding for your wedding or event! My wife and I had an excellent experience and we felt very taken care of by Darnell and the rest of the team the whole way through. The food was excellent - it was raved about by our guests! The staff on the day of was super friendly, and we especially loved the thought put into the take-home box of dinner for us after the wedding! I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer!

Proof was an absolutely amazing wedding caterer for my wedding at the Atlanta History Center! Ashley Patrick was my main point of contact and she knocked it out of the park with the food. From Lamb Lollipops to short ribs we got so many compliments on the food. Thank you so much to the entire Proof of the Pudding Team!

Rêver Weddings

Proof of the Pudding was our exclusive caterer for our foundation's annual fundraiser at the GICC. The food was amazing and the pricing was extremely reasonable. With so many palates to satisfy, the curated menu met every, need. I cannot say enough about our sales manager, Darryl. our event would not have been what it was without him. We will be back and we will only work with him!
