I popped in for lunch since it was conveniently across the street from my hotel. The ambiance was pleasant, and I opted for the chicken salad, which came in a generous portion they also boasted a variety of beer options. Additionally, they have an upstairs area to accommodate extra diners.

We are season holders for the Fox Theatre and we always wanted to check this place out but never could because it was always closed by the time we got out of the Fox. On this Saturday the play was over early and we decided to go here. We thought we were lucky because we got the last table available but we soon found out nobody was getting served! There were 3 waiters but they didn't seem to be in any hurry to serve anybody. They were just sitting people. We waited 15 minutes & nobody even came to offer us even a glass of water! We just left & went to our regular spot El Valle up the street. No problem there even though they were very busy too.

Ordered takeout, so can’t speak to the atmosphere. Food came quickly and everyone was very kind, but my chicken salad had a hair in it and the restaurant forgot about a specific request I made (to put the sauce for the fries on the side). I expected better for a $30-50 price point.EDIT: Thanks PDH for your response. Since I got a response saying that the restaurant doesn’t have a chicken salad or “sauce” on the fries, I thought I’d clarify: I did indeed order from here. I ordered the Apple walnut salad (with chicken) and sweet potato fries tossed with cinnamon and sugar. I requested the fries with the cinnamon and sugar on the side, because I don’t like my fries too sweet. As I mentioned, the food was ready incredibly quickly and the people were very nice, so trying to be fair in this review.

Absolute worst service experience I've ever had. Three of us ordered a beer, old fashioned, and margarita from the waiter. 15 minutes goes by and we can't find the waiter anywhere. So, I go to the bar and place my order with bartender who said "I gotchya". 5 minutes later, a show gets out at the nearby theater and people pile into the place. Another 10 minutes, still no drinks but others who just arrived had received their drinks. My friend goes up to bar and says he will just stay there until the drinks are made. Waiter shows up and says he put them in the system....Then, a female Manager yells at my friend and says we are so impatient and to take a look around at how busy they are. My friend replied we had ordered our drinks BEFORE it was busy and have been waiting almost 30 minutes for 3 simple drinks. They finally make them and he walked them back to our table. We drank them and still couldn't catch the waiter for our check. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time - plenty of other places to go!

Well, a year makes a difference, nothing was as good as it was a year ago. Especially the food. Place was dirty and smelled bad. Bar tendender on point but hated job and his customers.....fake. people dressed way down. One dude was sagging. Worse I have ever seen it.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair can get in there.
Very close to Fox Theater. The food was great and staff very conscious of making sure we made it to the show on time. The best part was our waiter Bryan!!! He was attentive and kind, despite the busy atmosphere.
