This place is permanently closed! It would be great if they updated Google because I drove over 30 minutes to get here for absolutely nothing!

This place is a joke. 10 for a burrito with no filling!! The whole burrito was nothing but tortilla. The burrito wasn’t even a burrito more like a square. The meat was old and hard. The tortilla grill was filthy. The rice was hard. The condiments look gross. The workers look horrible! Customer service was trash just like the food. Bland bland .

This was my first time having QDOBA in Atlanta, and I was pleasantly surprised. My veggie bowl was super yummy. Shout out Slim and Shannell for their awesome customer service and geniality!!

1 star because there’s not a -1 star. This is horrible tasting. Service is a joke. Don’t waste your money,,,Just go to Taco Bell! Seriously! What ever you do, don’t order their gelatinous queso! You may blow chunks! The quesadilla is just as horrible. The only thing that made me eat it was their Pico. Lots of Pico!

Just ate here a few minutes ago. Food was good. The older lady, can’t remember her name was amazing and full of energy. Made sure to make everyone feel welcome. The other 2 employees, a young man and woman, felt incredibly rude and apathetic. Ironically all of the customers were really nice but they seemed like they just didn’t want to even be there. Dude seemed bothered every time I spoke. I hear this place is just opening back up or something and it’s in trouble if this is the employees they want representing the business.

Shannell and Slimo were awesome. It was my first time at Qdoba and they gave me the hookup with the wicked chicken. I haven’t even ate yet but I’ll definitely be returning because the customer service was that awesome!

Came in on a Wednesday around 11am and I wasn’t greeted. It didn’t bother me much but then my food started being prepared. It seemed as if the guy just didn’t want to be there and just didn’t care. I guess they were running out of chicken a few “nibbles” were placed on my quesadilla and I heard him ask someone else to cut up some more chicken. I was super hype about trying this place and I was disappointed. Way more veggies than chicken it was a veggie quesadilla.

My brother brought me here! This wasMy first time and I had the BEST experience! The Manager BB and Kita Pooh were soo pleasant, had good energy, patient, friendly and acknowledged every guest. They explained everything to me and didn't give me attitude. I really appreciated that as you know everything is soo rushed nowadays! You've got to KNOW and then GO! I'll definitely come back!! It's on a busy street but there's parking on both sides (pay meter). I'm even willing to deal with that to come back! The prices are good and LOVED the multiple toppings options including guacamole and sour cream. Thank you BB and Kita Pooh for a great experience and my food was YUMMY ?!!

I enjoy patronizing this location! The food is always fresh and the team is very personable. Shannell & Pooh are exceptional team members that make my weekly visits worth it!

Ordering on DoorDash is beyond me. They don’t do substitutions which is ridiculous, it’s all Mexican food. That makes no sense to me. They waited 30 minutes after placing my order to tell me I have to cancel it. They didn’t try to help or anything. Now I’m starving and places are about to close. Also I tried to even call them (30 min before they are no longer taking door dash orders) just to see maybe if I can just order something.. ANYTHING that they have available… and it’s going straight to voicemail. Sickening. I hope corporate has an explanation for this horrible customer service.

We came into the store today and were not greeted even though we were the only customers in the store. They employees were too busy talking to someone in the store that was not ordering. We attempted to order chicken and shrimp but were told they were out of both items. They were out of pinto beans. We ordered tacos and they were not cooked enough so they were soggy and made a mess. The food was cold. It tasted like if it was prepared correctly it would be good.

I work in the area and I normally go in maybe once or twice a week even if just for a beverage. I had the pleasure of meeting Shanell, Slim, Ant, and Jacquez this evening and I was more than pleased with their hospitality and customer service! I am BIG on good service and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you again Shannell and the dream team!

This review is to shout out Shannell and her team! I stopped at this Qdoba twice in one day because the food is so fresh, & the customer service is top notch. Definitely 1000/1000, will be back again! Just wish you guys had more customers because y’all are more than deserving of them!
