A fav location for tasty pho. I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. This place has a good design.

Discovered Qing Mu from the Atlanta Restaurant Passbook. I came on a Saturday and it was relatively empty compared to its next door Doraku Sushi. The restaurant is very small, probably can sit roughly 30 people. I like how it's decorated and then cool drawings of some items from their menu. Parking: The situation is pretty bad in the Buckhead area but luckily, Qing Mu is a part of the Buckhead Shops of Atlanta so there's a whole parking deck. Qing Mu validates! So be sure to get your parking stub validated before leaving the restaurant! Food: MEH. Not so great. It's definitely very Americanized. Dumpling Noodle Soup ($12.90): They use a completely different type of noodle here...like spaghetti? I'm not sure. The taste is decent and portions are okay, but given the huge deep bowls it's served in, you may think there's a lot and be disappointed when you finally peer into the bowl. Also, I asked for the herbs to be on the side and noticed half of it was already wilted. Grilled Beef Vermicelli ($12.90): A-OK. The beef was well done and dry. The taste was alright. Again, the veggies can be more fresh. Service: Good! Probably the only reason why this review is a 2-stars instead of 1-star is because of the sweet Vietnamese lady. Everything was done exactly how we ordered it and she made sure we were satisfied with everything. I discovered these two establishments are connected by owner, management and restroom. In the back of Qing Mu, instead of going left to the restrooms, go right into Doraku's sushi bar area. Overall, food-wise I would recommend going elsewhere for Asian food...say perhaps drive a bit further to Buford Hwy? It's odd how a restaurant's name is in Chinese yet a lot of the food they offer is Vietnamese. Weird.

Yesterday was the first time in this excellent restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We had great time with the good service, with the finest food and wine and with the friendly payment. We will definitely come back soon.

Let me say this... if you just craving some pho noodle soup and nowhere else to be found in buckhead area... so yes this is the spot you want to go, the food is decent and service was bit slow but OK,.. the price is little bit expensive for just Pho bowl but maybe cause the restaurant location is at Buckhead so is little more expensive..overall this spot was OK

I visit this spot a lot since I work right next to it. I like how their service is always great and they keep the spot neat at all times. Pricing is reasonable and they serve big portions.

A hidden gem! We were here for lunch. I ordered the grilled chicken vermicelli with added grilled shrimp--the BEST ever! I'm Vietnamese, and I've had this dish many times at different restaurants around the world, including the ones in Little Saigon, California. My mom has made this dish at home many times, too. The uniquely chosen choice of vegetables, the way the chicken was grilled, and the light, tasty sauce with the use of coconut water have elevated this dish. The spring rolls were freshly wrapped with basil leaves inside a delicate kind of rice paper, which appeared to be homemade. If you're looking for traditional Vietnamese dishes, then I wouldn't recommend this fusion restaurant for you. If you're open to trying new, creative dishes in a Vietnamese-Singaporean restaurant, then definitely give it a try! We had a tasty, satisfying meal that was $150 less than what we spent the night before at Le Colonial, which is a Vietnamese-French restaurant, around the corner.

I was craving a bowl of pho on a rainy Wednesday night. I didn't want to venture far from home so my friend and I decided to come here. 0.4 miles from home didn't sound that bad.. but I should've known a Vietnamese restaurant with a non Vietnamese store name is a red flag! The restaurant is located in the back end of shoppes on E paces. I ordered the beef noodle (P1) and I was pretty excited to eat. When my meal came out, I was a little flabbergasted at the size of the bowl and that it was garnished with peanuts.. I was also confused about where the vegetable garnishments were. After mixing the condiments in my pho, I realized the veggies were already prepared in the bowl! As much as I love the vegetables, I would prefer to have them brought to me fresh, and on the side. The meat cuts were thick and difficult to eat. I'm not a fan of this place and their take on a bowl of pho. My friend ordered a pork banh mi. I didn't get to taste it but after his first bite, we were both able to see a large cube of butter in the sandwich. What?!? They could have definitely prepared this sandwich better... my friend said the sandwich itself was good though.. wish I tried it so I can give my input but I have cholesterol complications and that presentation was a turn off. I'm going to make the trip to a more authentic place next time I have these cravings...

My VERY 1st having pho. I ordered Chicken pho. My life changed today. I was nervous about ordering it. I’m always like that when I’m trying something new. This meal didn’t disappoint. Added some sriracha to it as well. Overall, the meal was very flavorful. You can taste the fresh cilantro. The noodles were cooked to perfection.

As a vegan, I always appreciate when restaurants include a full vegan menu with options from appetizers to entrees. Thank you. I tried the fried dumplings, tasty, fried rice, best item I had...so good, veggie spring rolls and vegan pho. The pho was the comfort food I needed. It came in a large bowl with lots of veggies in vegetable broth. The only thing it lacked was more fresh basil and garlic chili sauce on the table. If this place adds salt and pepper fried tofu they will know me by name. Great place!

Nice little spot connected to Doraku Izakaya with a decent menu even though it's small. The portions aren't too big, but also aren't small either. The Pho broth is pretty good and everything is made from scratch.

Stopped by this restaurant with a taste for pho chicken noodle soup. Not here. They bring you a huge bowl of greasy bland broth, minimal chicken , lots of rice noodles and sparse garnish ( basil, sprouts etc). I will not return. Not a great experience.

Hidden Treasure. The customer service is unmatched; the staff give off this family vibe. The food is phenomenal! I ordered the sweet sour and spicy pho and chicken pho, the broth was seasoned to perfection. Lots of veggies and chicken; I had enough food for a 2nd and 3rd meal. Perfect for this rainy Cold Atlanta weather. The dumplings pan fried plus the calamari were awesome. Great fresh flavors. The entire vibe of this place makes you feel like you're not in buckhead but in a local market. Plus we got free hot chocolate ...... winning! Will definitely be back.

Casual noodle shop in the land of high end restaurants. Counter service with an easy to interpret menu. Tried the beef pho and I loved it, very tasty and well presented in a cool oversized bowl. Very good and helpful service. Enjoyed Qing Mu a lot and will be back soon.
