I understand that it doesn't have much meat and when they take it out, some of it IS burned by the cold of the freezer and the customers are treated badly and it takes a long time to serve them.

This was a great place with professional and friendly service. I did try to call beforehand as the location was a little far from me and was told to come in because prices can change based on market and availability I was greeted when I walked in offered suggestions and substitutions available and future items coming available definitely will be back!! tried to take pictures of meat plans to help out anyone thinking of shopping

I just left from store... the guy working the store was very rude he went off on me and my 70 year old mom because we asked if the sausage had an expiration date... he yelled at us and said ‘’we should now where we at when we came here, he said the food here been here over 30+ years!!!! He said do we want it or not? And started to badger my mom would why would questions.... first of all I didn’t know the food here was that old... how could they even be in business???? I do not recommend anyone go to this store after learning this from the worker at this store! Check the expiration!!!! Look at photo below! Ain’t NO QUALITY in this store what so ever. Keep your money and go to GNT around the corner.

Called to ask price of a whole ribeye loin, whoever answered refused to give a price over the phone. When I inquired as to why and asked why I would drive 25 minutes to the store to find out the price on a $300+ order, he hung up on me.I guess customer service isn't part of the training for this place,and they must be doing really well to hang up on a potential 300$ sale. SMH.

I called to inquire on crab legs & spoke with a gentleman who advised they don’t give prices over the phone. As I began to keep talking, he hung up. I called back & he thought validating his behavior was okay. His reason for hanging up was I kept talking. Unbeknownst to him, I was going to be ordering 20 pounds of crab for an event. Just based on my first interaction, I would never do business with this company.

I love this market! I know the owner and he is very good at his job, if he doesn't have what you want at the time he will get it for you . I never shop for my meats and the grocery store because it doesn't last here I get great prices on all my meats and the quality is outstanding, more for my money .
