I absolutely do not recommend this dealership! Not only did they sell me a lemon, but they are covering it up. What is being reported by the techs is either incorrect or not recorded? After owning 4 Audis and 2 of the 4 cars coming from this dealership have been a nightmare. Buying my new car was the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. It looks like the car I went to test drive was not the car I test drove... I knew something was shady. My car at 21k miles with brake and suspension issues. They have replaced so many parts in my suspension and it's still making a thumping noise! I'm going all the way with this lemon.
Sold a used car one owner with serious mechanical issues that were not revealed at the time of buy. Also extreme low ball for any trade in so better to not bring a trade unless you are desperate. Business seems to operate solely on whatever produces a sale rather than quality or concern for the customer.
To think that this place was going to give me above and beyond customer service is beyond me. I do not recommend buying from this Audi, specifically because all they care about is the money. I will say this in the most respectful way, but their customer service is horrible. I bought a car from them in May and it started having problems in June. The car started consuming a lot of oil and the quoted me a almost $5,000.00 bill to “fix” the problem, but they did not guarantee the fix. Mind you, I had purchased Fidelity warranty and they told me they did not want to make the claim because they knew it was going to get denied. I will say they worked with me waiving the diagnostic fee, which I appreciated. However, it is truly disappointing they let me buy a car the had mechanical issues. I spoke to a senior service advisor and he couldn’t work with me on the price, I spoke to the salesperson and he offered me to get me into a new car, I spoke to another agent and he told me Audi said they could only offer me $1,000.00 of off my almost $5,000.00 bill. This felt like a clear disrespect and was a huge disappointment because I went to Audi the day I traded in my car because of an oil consumption problem and they put me in a new car with the same oil consumption problem. I asked the salesperson if the car was fully inspected and he assured me it was - come to find out it needs a PCV valve replacement and a piston soak, and on top of that they told me my brakes were at less than 50% life. He assured me that the car was inspected and serviced and ready to go, but it was all lies. They wanted me to trade in my car AGAIN, but I will no longer be doing business with them because the trust is gone. From my experience, I truly do not recommend buying from here ever again. It is disgraceful and disappointing that they value dishonesty over ethics and principles.

I recently visited Audi Atlanta and had an exceptional experience. After totaling my car a few weeks ago, I was in the market for a new one. I had my previous car for about nine years and wasn’t planning on buying a new one anytime soon, but life had other plans. While exploring my options, I decided to check out Audi Atlanta. The General Manager, Michael Gerbick, introduced me to Micah, who helped me find the right car. Micah not only found me the perfect car but also got me a great deal. Throughout the entire process, Michael worked hard to ensure I was taken care of. Both of them made my buying experience genuinely enjoyable. I will be a Jim Ellis customer going forward, and when my wife is ready to trade in her Honda Pilot for a Tahoe, we’ll definitely be buying from their Chevrolet store. If you’ve ever thought about owning an Audi, I highly recommend stopping in and talking to Micah. He’ll make sure you are well taken care of.
The service department stole something out of my vehicle on my very first visit for service. Highly disappointed after spending so much money on a luxury car so to speak. I can never trust their service department again and will have to go to a different dealership for service. If you employ thieves what does it say about you?
Really bad, The food was not good. I ordered that grit bowl and the grits were so watered down that cheese the sausage just gross. The only reason why I went there was because I had a appointment at the service center.

This review is for the Quattro Caffe located inside of South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California. If you love Italian food you will love this place. They have a full separate vegan menu with pasta, baked ziti with vegan cheese, vegan meatballs, ravioli, focaccia, vegan pizza! I have have tried everything vegan there and it is delicious! The baked pasta with vegan meatballs and gooey melted vegan cheese is my favorite! Updated from previous review on 2023-10-26
This place is the worst. I gave it 1 star but if I could give it a 0 star I would. They are rude in person and rarely answer and their food is average. The only way people will tolerate this is if your food is excellent.
Food is good. The service is amazing can’t really complain these guys are amazing

I highly recommend their Service Department!! Always very friendly, and respond in a timely manner. I was out of town and my A5 started having issues and needed to be towed. Jerry Kimbrough went above and beyond to help me find a dealership close to the cornfields I was stranded around and arranged for my car to be towed to the closed dealership, we were 5 hours away from home. Thank you Jerry for all of your help!
