I've been dealing with Jim Ellis Audi since 2008. I've always had good experience with them whenever I took my cars to get it serviced. I've also purchased three vehicles from them. 16 years total, I've been doing business with them. That business relationship came to an end today. This was the first time I had an issue where they had to perform a repair other than regular maintenance, and I can honestly say they're scammers. Took my RS7 because the vehicle was missing firing, codes P0300 and P0306. I pulled the codes before dropping off the vehicle. Told the service advisor, Ryan of the codes. They had the car for a few days and Ryan called and stated that they saw the miss fires, they cleared the codes and they were unable to duplicate the issue. He suggested doing an induction cleaning and that might solve the issue. With my knowledge of cars, I suggested that the technician look more into cylinder #6. The car constantly threw that fault code. He insisted that the induction cleaning might fixed the issue. Wanting the car to be repaired, I said go ahead and do the induction cleaning. Few days later, he called and said that the induction cleaning did not repair the issue, and they found the issue to be the high pressure fuel pumps, keep in mind, this vehicle as 36650 miles. He stated that the technician smelled what appeared to be fuel in the oil. Again, wanting the car to be repaired, I said go ahead and repair the vehicle. Final bill for the repairs $4300. Picked up the vehicle, saw he charged for the induction cleaning that did not fix the car. I disputed the charge and he took $400 off the induction cleaning and charged $3900. Very next day, driving the vehicle, same exact thing started to happen. Pulled the codes and it's P0300 and P0306 same exact codes I took it in for to get repaired. Took it back to the dealership, they checked the car and confirmed it's the same failure. They asked if I could leave the vehicle so they could figure out the issue. I asked them if I was getting a credit for the $3900 I paid the previous day for the repairs. The shop manager without hesitation said no, but they can check the car for free to find out issue. At this point, they proved that they were incompetent to do the repairs, so I opted to take it to somewhere else. The manager stated that I should bring the invoice whenever the car is repaired. Took it to another shop that repaired the vehicle in a day. Cylinder #6 spark plug was defective. Price $26 with labor, $341. Took the invoice back to Audi and showed them the defective part and the invoice. They still refused to issue any type of refund stating that I gave them permission to repair the car. I argued that the car was never repaired, and it left the same way in came. They still refused. At this point, I was clearly scammed. $3900, for repair's without repairing the car. At this point, I'm just going to file a lawsuit through Dekalb county small claims court. I refused to ha $3900 just cause. I strongly suggest recording your interactions with them. One of the supervisors wanted to pay $341 for the repairs that was done at the other shop. Avoid this place at all cost, it will definitely cost you.

The service department stole something out of my vehicle on my very first visit for service. Highly disappointed after spending so much money on a luxury car so to speak. I can never trust their service department again and will have to go to a different dealership for service. If you employ thieves what does it say about you?

Greatest service I've ever received. The salesman Colin was amazing. He contacted me with videos of the vehicle and was honest in the in person presentation. The finance department was accommodating and informative. Overall I will be recommending all of my friends and family. If you are reading this and wondering if you should come here please do.

I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership;.. Here's why...it's my story to tell. A few years back I purchased an certified pre-owned Audi from this dealership. A month into the purchase I noticed lots of vibration in the car, took it back to the dealership for evaluation and they eventually discovered the engine mounts were bad and they replaced them -- that is what they told me. Fast forward about 6 months and I continued to have a problem, I took it to a different dealership for regular servicing and they indicated I needed to replace the engine mounts. This started me on a journey. Two additional Audi dealerships and an Audi authorized repair shop said my engine mounts were bad. I also took my Audi to Audi Atlanta two additional times armed with this information and in both instances they assured me the mounts were just fine. It is now a few years (2.5) later and the latest Audi authorized repair shop has told me my engine mounts need replacing. I am so disappointed in this dealership. The salesman was great, but I feel I was lied to. Never trust or use this dealership

It was my second time leasing a vehicle with Audi Atlanta (Chamblee, GA) and I couldn't be happier. Smooth and efficient process. They were able to find me an suv that checked off all of my must haves. It was great working with Tiana, Zoe, Pete, and Lou. I will come back again because of the fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

Audi Atlanta has a great selection of affordable pre-owned vehicles. I just bought a used car from Audi Atlanta; Casey was my salesperson. The staff at the dealership was very helpful. Casey was very attentive and responsive to my concerns. I highly recommend Audi Atlanta for your next car purchase.

Really bad, The food was not good. I ordered that grit bowl and the grits were so watered down that cheese the sausage just gross. The only reason why I went there was because I had a appointment at the service center.

We had an issue with a car we bought and dealership was unresponsive. After posting review Pete Kusminsky reached out and we discussed all of the issues we had been having. Pete listened and agreed the dealership could have handled things better. In the end the dealership helped with repairs and we have ordered the promised key replacement. Mistakes happen it's how you deal with them that matters and Pete really stepped up to the plate. Thanks for all of your help.

This review is just for the service department. The service and recall repair went very well and, in fact, only took 2.5 days when they estimated 4 days. Communication on the progress of the service/repair was awesome and transparent. I can't give 5 stars though for two reasons: 1. It was nearly impossible to schedule a loaner vehicle. The first available date they gave me for a loaner was 2-3 months away, and I did not want to wait that long for the service and recall repair to be completed. That being said, it's nearly impossible to live here without a car, and this is my only car. So I bit the bullet and managed without a car for a few days to make sure that I did not have to wait 2-3 months for the service/repair to be done. Not ideal, but neither is waiting 2-3 months for the repair. 2. The service department only covers one Uber/Lyft, which I used after dropping off the vehicle to get back home. Other Audi dealerships I have been to cover two rides (one after dropping off the vehicle and one when you come back to pick it up), capping each at $15 or $20. It would have been nice to see something like that here.

I recently purchased a car at Audi Atlanta and the process was very quick. Claudette was very welcoming and Tiana was a wonderful salesperson. She was very thorough with explaining details of the car and was readily available to answer any questions.
