Honesty time. I’m not just throwing out 5 stars just for kicks and giggles. I think my experience is a testament to the value of genuine people behind a service. I didn’t have expectations besides convenience-priced-bumped, small-cup-sized, basic, flavorless coffee. I came in early before the crowd and met Shayla and Gabriel. Food was very good, had reservations and was on time and place was basically empty but still had to wait 10-15 minutes for table, then they turned away 4-5 groups to dine and quickly closed the restaurant?!?!?
As long-time members, we have eaten here many times, and up until now it has been a very pleasant experience. This was our sixth time eating here, and while the food was delicious, we were disappointed with the service. With many staff members wandering around the restaurant, our waiter seemed to ignore us. He took our orders, but he never checked in with us again. While the restaurant was busy, it definitely was not short staffed. Fortunately, we were sitting right near a water...
