Ordered by Uber Eats app over an hour before their closing time. After 45 minutes they cancelled my order with no explanation, leaving me scrambling to find dinner for my family on the night before Thanksgiving after we travelled more than 3 hours to come to Atlanta
Feel like I should have learned my lesson by now but I gave this place one more try. The service has ALWAYS been non existent and they ALWAYS seem understaffed, even with only us and one other family at the restaurant. My daughter live ramen so we attempted it for the last time. The location. Has potential but they need to work on staffing and customer service. Food is also just okay.

Food was good, service was passive my order wasn’t complete despite me asking twice. I was missing an ordered side of gyoza, so I am out $8, thanks for not making much of an effort. Very disappointed.

I’ve been coming to this Ramen place since I moved to Atlanta and it was my go place. After tonight, I felt that the cashier was super rude and was not friendly….not welcoming.

Don't eat here or even bother. I don't even know if this place wants to serve customers or if workers just want to hang out. I went in and asked questions about the menu, and employees just looked at me like I was some sort of idiot guy. I asked if this place was based on Korean food, and they said no, it's a ramen spot. Then I pointed out bulgogi, and she said, "Yeah, we have those, too." just not friendly, food has 0 effort, and I feel like I just threw money out in the air. Very bad

Your organization cannot legally place a (V) vegetarian designation next to food items, Brussels sprouts in this case, and then cook said item in the same oil that you FRY SHELLFISH IN!!! I’m highly allergy and carry an epi-pen- thank God I stayed in Ramen Station as my food was being prepared and inquired because I began having a reaction just sitting there! You are being reported to the health department and receiving all the negative Google reviews that I can muster. The cook, a non English speaker, had to be questioned multiple times just to confirm that the Mushroom Musubi was actually cooked without cross contamination!
Vegetarian options: THEY CROSS CONTAMINATE LIKE CRAZY!!!

I wouldn't come here again. It's not worth going through Atlanta traffic. There were no customers when I went, but there were no clean tables to sit at. The ramen on the menu is basic, so you have to add toppings yourself, which is extra$ just to make it look like a regular bowl. They give you the extra topping on the side in cups, and the toppings were fridge cold.

Tonkotsu spicy ramen was okay. Broth was waaay to spicy to enjoy. I have had many different versions of tonkosu broth, they really need to scale back on the spice. Let the customer add their own level. Meat was not the tastiest, quite dry.

Ramen should be a nice comfy warm hug in a bowl, this place is more of a cold shoulder on a trey. All around Meh.
