This was the second time in a row I’ve gone in a row with my 7-year old and the second time we ended up at Firepit next door because we were ignored. Seems like they’re lacking staff so it might be better to order online. In any regard, we just haven’t been able to put in an order lately.

Got spamusubi and bulgogi beef bowl. Both lacked any type of flavor or sauce. Rice in both was mushy. Miso soup was mediocre. Won’t be back

Absolutely excellent!! I enjoyed everything I had here (spicy tonketsu, pork belly bao and KFC) during these hard times with inflation, glad to know there is a spot with quick service, quality food and unique to the area! Will be back!

Ordered online via their website (as they suggested) for pick up (by me). Pick it up, got back to my home, opened it up and there was no Pork in the PORK SHOYU. They don't have a phone number that someone there answers to try to at least get a credit so drove back (fortunately within a 10 min drive) to get the pork. When I spoke to the first person she was confused by my "ordered Pork Ramen and didn't get the pork". I even had my reciept that showed what I ordered. She asked did I want it to with I stated yes. Then another woman comes up, guessing the manager, and we go through the same back & forth. And said again I want the pork which is why I drove back. Got the pork but never received an apology/sorry for the inconvenience. (Never received a Thank You for ordering the 1st time I was in.)So the service is terrible but the food (once you get it all) is good.

Absolutely stellar! TLDR; If youre thinking about it, GO!! It's worth it!!I went as part of a group of five visiting Atlanta recently, and everything we had was spectacular.I ordered whats called a "Ramen Set" which is 22$ for a huge bowl of ramen, a "small bite" (a variety of steamed buns or musubi), and an appetizer. The Ramen i got was called "Creamy Chicken Ramen" which the menu describes as similar to chicken noodle soup, which was right on the money! Even the left overs the next day were amazing.I got the pork belly steamed bun for my small bite. Adorable presentation with amazing flavor. The savory slow roasted pork with the sweet pickled onions was a match made in heaven! The gyoza. Oh my stars, it was wonderful! The dipping sauce they use for it is spicy (too hot for me, but it still tasted good!) so I dipped it in my ramen broth instead! The atmosphere was also awesome. its almost set up like a coffee shop, where people can relax and enjoy the food. They also had some of those Japanese style claw machines, which were fun even if we didnt win.All in all, best ramen and pork bun Ive ever had! I hope to see a location pop up near me in the future!Vegetarian options: They have a decent sized vegetarian/vegan specific menu, consisting of 8 appetizers, 2 rice bowls, and 3 ramen bowls. Anything listed as vegetarian can be altered to be vegan upon request.Dietary restrictions: They have a seperate menu for those with gluten intolerance. This includes gluten free appetizers, and red text on each item to let you know what part of it could contain gluten, so you know exactly what to ask about.

I was a little concerned after reading reviews and seeing some sketchy bowls of ramen... but I was pleasantly surprised by my order. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen - which is always my favorite. The pork was definitely not the correct kind (not spiral sliced pork belly) and it was all too expensive... but I very much enjoyed it.I ordered extra noodles but not extra broth, so I ended up with a noodle heavy bowl, but that's on me.

Tonight made the 4th time I ordered from Ramen Station. My 1st order was okay, but not anything delightful for a first experience. However, I like to be fair especially when it cinders to reviews.Tonight was the last straw for me. I will not ever order did from here again. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th orders were complete trash - everything from NO broth whatsoever in my ramen, to receiving an item that I didn't order versus what I did, to missing items I paid for.The worst part is, you can't even call and speak to someone directly. No one answers the friggin phone! ?Do better, Ramen Station.
