My name is Alaya Brown and my kids Attend safe haven learning academy. I’m here to say that Ms April is a very amazing person when it comes to handling the kids and loving them. She takes time with them and treats them just as if they were hers. Thanks for be so amazing loving and caring when it comes to the students.

These owner reviews are outrageous ? wouldn't leave my kid here but it's definitely funny stuff

I feel like my child is learning a lot at this daycare. I love to see a smile on his face when he come in here. The staff is very friendly I would recommend this daycare to all parents. The teacher really treat the students like their own. Ms.April is the best hands down I love how she greet us. Ms.Akira has the best daycare out here.

My kids has been going to this daycare for 4 years and it only gets better the Customer Service they give is top notch especially from front desk Ms.April makes sure everything is going good. If she can’t handle it the owner will and she reply fast with email and calls you to get a better understanding of your question or problem. I highly recommend this daycare

Safe haven is a great daycare seeing all the kids being treated right is the highlight of my life. Mrs April and Ms.Akria are the best hands down they are the right people for the company I truly do love working here! I recommend safe haven to all parents to bring your kids here?

Love this daycare my kids have been going here since babies.. ms April is so sweet the kids love her and the teachers are too always teaching the kids new things. I love how the owner ms Kira plans different things for the kids to do especially during th summer

this is an anonymous review but i just want to say when i first read the negative reviews i ignored it until i went to the facility for myself . first off the lady at the front (lightskin) has a very condescending attitude and nasty spirit . in the application it also states that any harm done to your child is no one’s fault and that you can’t hold the employees responsible ( RED FLAG ) . in the application it also states that if your child breaks something then you have to pay the full price of the object . so let me get this straight , you can harm my child and i can’t take legal action but my child can accidentally break something ( WHICH HAPPENS ) and i have to pay ? she says she’s been doing this for 20+ years but it doesn’t seem like it honestly . you’re very rude and arrogant and im not even being spiteful with this review . im a child of the most high and i don’t believe in lying or making someone look bad . i genuinely feel like you were rude and disgusting . this clearly isn’t your desired profession . i won’t recommend this daycare at all . there’s so many other daycares with nice and welcoming staff and that clearly loves kids . i advise the parents that has their kids enrolled to pull their child out . she’s probably gonna say this is a fake review but i promise it’s not . if she says it is I’ll definitely post my number so you all can reach out to me yourselves and I’ll even send y’all a list of daycares that treats parents and kids with respect and kindness . have the day you deserve lady

Love the staff and kids!

My kids love it here we've had no issues. The teachers are super sweet and helpful, actually the teachers get my props for handling the little ones so well as there pretty young themselves. Shout out to Mrs April she's pretty amazing as well. One thing is for sure about this center is if your child is feeling off at all or sick you will know about it.?

I’m searching for a daycare for my child and based off how the owner is responding to parents I wouldn’t dare leave him at this daycare . He or She is nearly arguing with the parents because of their review , it lacks professionalism 100% .

Staff is great. The owner Is very unprofessional and hates to take criticism or responsibility. HaD an incident happen to my child here and owner did not want to help or find out what occurred on the property during daycare hours, but yet she want to blame the parents for what happened. I’m pretty sure you can’t watch “200” kids with only 4-6 staff members. In reality something is bound to happen to a kid or 2. That’s why you have cameras , but they only for security purposes right? My point. Enjoy your day.

Daughter's gold earrings were missing everytime I'd pick her up. Her items for nap time/comfort were also taken away and given to other children. Staff would be annoyed when id ask where her things were. Boyfriends of staff get a pass just because.....

Awesome daycare! Staff is always nice and friendly. The center makes you feel like you are family. It’s not just a daycare, the teachers teach and are very hands on!
