I'll keep it short. The food was amazing! The server was great! It took over 30 mins to get drinks after being seated and over an hour to get food. I would recommend ordering your food as soon as you get there, as the service is extremely slow.

It's started off great, our waitress was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We ordered a shrimp pasta, salmon over mash and a branzino w/ a side of mash. The salmon entree was never entered and when the food came out mine was missing. The waitress went to check on it and came back and said mine still had a bit more cooking to do-idk much but I know salmon doesn't take 25+ min to cook from the time the order was entered. At one point she asked if I was starving and I said of course, not sure what that was about but that comment wasnt necessary. Luckily my friend was kind enough to give me the rest of her meal bc she was full and when mine finally came out I asked to have it boxed, needless to say I wasn't going to eat twice at that point. I was never asked for a refill on my drink either. After that it was almost as if she was bothered because we didn't get our food? We were asking what deserts they offer and it almost felt like she was annoyed we were asking until she finally brought out the desert menu. Desert came out, very good. We finally get the bill and she wasn't even reading off the right bill to us, it was the table next to ours. We also ordered 2 gumbos as appetizers, but they weren't good and she was kind enough to take it off the bill. The food was really good and hot, but service was not the best. I love Rays but I'll stick to the Alpharetta location.

This restaurant was amazing! The food was extraordinary from the drinks to the entrees! Our server Malique did not disappoint. He was very professional, attentive, and truly exceeded expectations! The service enhanced the overall experience.

I would not recommend this place. The drinks are not good, I ordered a blueberry drink and it had a horrible aftertaste. The crab cakes were good for an appetizer and the Cesar salad was good, however the lobster I ordered was not cooked all the way and the Brussels sprouts did not have any taste at all, the lobster Mac was highly over priced as it was not good at all. The noodles were over cooked. The steak was tender, and cooked well. I would not recommend this place as it is highly over priced. I expected more from a high dining restaurant. The server was patronizing and I felt insulted by the way he spoke to me. The hostess was very polite and the food server was very nice. I would recommend you save your money and go to another restaurant.

First time at Ray's. Had an excellent experience. Food was delicious, especially the calamari starter. I appreciated that the noise level (I.e. music) was low so we could talk without shouting at each other.

It was a nice beautiful place for a celebration and the food was a chef's kiss and the service was amazing. We had a great time for my grandmother's birthday. Will come back again.
