I have family that's law enforcement . So today after purchasing food i Realized we were charged a fee since we paid by credit card which is illegal . The fee is the responsibility of the owner not the customer . Filing a BBB Report as well.

1st time eating here. I got a veggie plate and it totaled $17 for 4 sides - doesn't include drink. I think that's absolutely insane but due to prices going up EVERYWHERE they really don't have a choice. 🫤 This is about the price you're gonna pay anywhere these days for a soul food plate. Yet in comparison to other soul food restaurants, their portion sizes are reasonable. I would eat here again if I were in the Atlanta area.

I went after a Sunday Falcons game. Met a wonderful couple while waiting in line. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The person I was with l--we were purchasing for others so I can only rate on smell, other's reviews and my one order of candied yams...they were delicious! I have visited in the past. Honestly, I should have gotten a meal to go as that was the last day of opening until 2025!😔😭🥰. Hope to see them in the New Year!
