Even though very place was very busy today still got great service. The biscuits are wonderful and stuffed mushrooms are great. Got the crab your way. My server was courteous and attentive.Arie was my server and was just super.

Okay late night dinner at Red Lobster and the food was delicious and perfectly prepared just as requested!
The best part was the service from the entire staff who made it their priority to ensure my meal, my experience was a memorable one!
My server (Jamal) was outstanding and did not skip a beat on my many request! The busman (TreyShaun) stopped by my table several times to see if there was anything additional that I needed.
Both Culinary Managers (Alex) & (Nikki) checked in with me personally about my dinner, now that’s top notch!

From the moment we walked in and was about to be sat at dirty tables, we should have walked out. The greeter was all over the place. We waited and the food was not good. The entire restaurant had trash on the floor. We spoke to the manager which in turn took $7 off and provided a bunch of excuses. After originally waiting on our food we waited an additional 30 min for a remake of our food. $96 and I’m still hungry. However, our waiter jahmaul was great. He really tried. And the one waitress who used excessive powder to mask things 😒. We will not be back!

My first two days at Red lobster were phenomenal, as my Bartender Red made sure I had Fantastic service, and now I'm his regular and will be back, even though he was extremely busy, he was very apologetic and ensured I still Had great service along with serving disrespectful customers. Thank You RED Bartender!!! 10 Stars!
