I had a reservation but the receptionist still had me to wait over 20 minutes while she seated other customers coming in door immediately; so initial point of contact at door and host readiness to serve ; I’ll give a grade of a “D” However once seated the waiter was very professional and cordial , his grade with be an “A” food and beverage will be an “A” I just think the host need to be retrained or put somebody else at the door

This place has turned into a geriatrics cafeteria. The food is tasteless...I feel like there is an unseasoned chef cooking....the service is subpar, they atleast attempt to be nice. I felt like I was eating at the nursing home with my grandma.

Came to the Camp Creek location to have lunch. Lobsterfest is currently underway, which I love. I ordered the Lobster Lover's Dream which has been upgraded to allow for choices in entrees. Everything was deliciously prepared. The only slight downside were my drinks. They were alcoholic, but not very well made. Overall, Princess (our server) made the experience all the more pleasurable. She was attentive, personable and kind. Overall, a pretty great lunch date.

Everything was just ok nothing to pay for by my standards. The biscuits were bearly warm, and everything depends on the salt in the dipping sauce to give flavor. They were out of the regular soda, it was flat/ watered down. We drove a long way to have a new experience after many years, but we spent much for little warm dry food that needs a dip to give flavor. It works i guess for all the seniors but a little flavor doesnt mean salt. I'll catch you guys maybe in another decade or 2. Very

Me and my family came here to enjoy our Friday night and the waitress was great but the food was horrible. My wife found hair in her broccoli and my rice was hard like it had been sitting for two days. My kids ordered the seafood boil the shrimp and corn was cold. The potatoes on my plate was cold. the waitress wanted to replace we have been already a long time so we did not eat the rest of the food and we left my bill was 200+ dollars we’ll never come back

Princess was amazing! She made sure every accommodation was met and never let my drink sit empty! I had the opportunity to speak with the GM Tj and he was the cherry on top!! The atmosphere at this location even with how busy it is still was peaceful! I will be back!
